Hi Rosie I watch all your videos and today when you were complaining about costumers service I complete agree with you we know that some customers are also very demanding but I complete agree when I enter a store that the sales person is not pleasant just walkout today we had lunch at Portuguese bakery shop here in Brampton ont and the waitress were so pleasant always with a smile in her face which is a pleasure to see.

I guess it was 2 years ago at the Azores check in counter, you had posted a few videos by then.
I remember a couple last year that said hi! Traveling to Toronto I think. But two years ago I wasn't working at the check in counter yet. I only started there April 2023.
Yes that was us it was July 2024 going back to Toronto. You were surprised that people were watching your videos at that time.Did you live in the Toronto area?
Yes I remember you very well! I even thought that maybe you were mistaking me with someone else 😅 but I was so excited that you recognized me. I told all my friends and family ahah. I used to live in Oakville. Oh how I miss it 🥺 I would move back to Canada in a heartbeat.

Atendimento ao público é complicado, sou de acordo que o cliente não tem a culpa da tua vida estar ao contrário mas os clientes de agora estão cada vez mais exigentes e complicados.
Falta de empatia em ambas as partes.

Olá Nicole! O pequeno almoço na McDonald's estava razoável. A tosta estava boa. As panquecas 🥞 não são grandes coisas. A tosta foi por volta de 3 euros e as panquecas também acho eu. Mas não me lembro ao certo porque foi me oferecido 🙊 mas come se muito melhor no bar da praia de água d'Alto. Escolhemos McDonald's por ser mais calmo, na cidade. E também porque não tinhamos de nos preocupar com estacionamento.
Sim, concordo contigo. Os clientes estão cada vez mais exigentes. Enfim, é a nossa realidade hoje em dia, infelizmente. Todos estão estressados com o movimento da vida.
