The judge never forbid him from testifying he just decided what questions the defense could ask him he couldn't be asked any question that the answer could benefit Trump.. the defense decided there was no sense in putting him on the stand.

The only reason the Democrats hunters gun changes and a guilty verdict is because they plan on using the same changes against legal gun owners, that's why the federal government will not legalize marijuana even for medical use. Federal background checks ask the question about using illegal drugs. And if you live in a state where medical marijuana is legal according to the according to the Federal government it's still an illegal drug. That's why they have been so aggressive about how much it can help veterans.

I thought he'd get convicted just based on the jurisdiction, but as the case moved on, I realized this case was NOTHING and had some sliver of hope the jurors would be rational and acquit. They need to answer to this one.

They totally believed that since Michael Cohen was guilty and went to jail ,Trump must be guilty, too. The fact that Costello's Cohen's attorney debunked that Trump was involved and Michael admitted to him he acted alone in the payments went on deaf hears. But to be honest, Merchan did disrupt Costello's testimony with his courtroom antics, which may have discredited his testimony to no end. Especially when he said he could hold Costello's in contempt.
Another thing at least two of the choices Merchan gave the jury to decide on were never even brought out in the trial,tax evasion, and election finance violations.
It was reported by an outside legal comentator that they were never listed in the indictment. That's why I concluded those 12 people walked in that deliberation room with the intent to find Trump guilty. I doubt that any of them even voted for Trump.
I'm sure the jury was scared not to vote guilty.
