Some of the things that the media has always mentioned as immaturity in RG's stances can be seen as more complex in retrospect. He was young and principled and was fighting against a system that he saw as corrupt and anti-people in his own party and outside. Sure he was brash at times, but not to the extent it has been exaggerated by media to paint him as an arrogant brat. Whenever has gone against his own government and party's stances on many occasions, they have been mostly on the side of people. Even when he was disqualified over the ordinance that is falsely claimed to have been torn by him, which if passed would have protected him, he stuck to his stance that he did not regret what he had said at that time. In the party too, he was fighting against an entrenched system of senior leaders who did not want change and did not want to be supplanted by the youth. Even his attempt to democratize NSUI by holding elections where people from outside political families could contest was met with resistance. The same with his attempts to fight Vedanta over their attempt to take away tribal lands or interfering in the matter of giving easy green clearances to companies like that of Adani. INC was more of a babu party at that time and it is obvious as the boy born with the silver spoon, many of them did not like his more left-leaning politics. Many of the people who left INC blaming RG which the corporate media lapped up and played to create a "RG will sink Congress" have turned out to be bigots like Himanta Biswas Sharma. I think it is time the media also retrospect and try to do justice to RG's growth as a politician rather than paint a sudden transformation of Rahul Gandhi as having matured with BJY.

I hate Manmohan Singhs policies. as finance minister and prime minister. He had devalued indian rupee by more than 20 percent during 1990 lead the poor to become more and more poor and homeless and the rich has became more and more rich because of real estate boom that hiked the cost of landed properties in India . Due to this the ordinary people cannot own a piece of land of their own.
Now rupees value has further decreased to more than 85 percent .The affected people are poor and downtrodden who have no landed properties of their own. Moreover the unemployment rate has increased many folds and only educated and rich people only can go abroad to get better employment and income.
So they are still living below poverty line.
This is because of wrong policies of the corrupt congress government lead by Gandhi family who ruled india for over seven decades without any development in India.
Mr Rahulji has started proving himself as big bafoon. Earlier he was known as Pappu. The ruling party will take full advantage of such opportunity provided by Congress party. And he proved it during first week of session itself.
