as good as I am sure these products are, from what i have seen in the video they seem to be all 10 years behind of what other simulation software can do at the moment, in terms of capabilities and usability, they are good attemps at trying to improve blender simulation framework, but is not what Blender needs? just my two cents, thanks for the video, it was fun to watch

@@eevee6155 so just cos this is blender we can't hope for better tools? My comment was calm and chilled, and pointed out that these products are good but 10 years behind others techs, 10 years in cg is a lot, unless you Autodesk and you don't do shit but that's a different story. It doesn't matter if blender is not Houdini, they should definitely aim to develop the better tools, I think everyone using blender would beneït from that

@@diethermanicatye but they are way worse than houdini + houdini has a node based workflow which is 100x more handy when u know how to use it
clothfx is outdated for ages. and honestly it wasn't as good as 3ds max's cloth tearing. it's usecases extremely limited. molecular is a nice idea. blender devs should look into it.
