Please make a video on getting out farther, I don't understand planing and the pumping thing whenever I try to do either I just go the same distance or sink I have a zap skimboard fiberglass with a foot padding in the back

how do you get enough speed to get out to the crashing wave? When I try I get good speed but then hit thick water and it slows down before I get to the wave.

Make sure to remember that back foot is brake and front foot is the gas
Josh Dexter so if I want to go faster, I need to put more of my weight on my front foot than the back? I have run out of speed or my board slips out from under me thru the turn if I go faster/ don’t lose momentum. Same as the other guy, I’ve been stuck in the same place a while.
