Well done! I wanted to watch a video just to refresh my memory before I tackle this easy project. 90% of the videos out there would rather show a bunch of nothing vs how to do it. You guys got right to the point! I am subscribing to this channel
Thanks so much for watching Phil!
Must be nice working on trucks like this... You must be in Arizona or Florida... Here in New England (the rust belt), everything is rusted and frozen together... That truck you're working on must be a dream.... Nothing looks like that here... LOL... Even the caliper doesn't have a speck of rust!!!!! wow...
In the middle of the desert yeah. Try soaking rusty parts with WD-40 before working. That really helped when I was in South Dakota. Thanks so much for watching Steve!
Really, so easy. I hate using a mechanic on stuff I can do myself. I am slow, I use a torque wrench. But I enjoy saving money and doing a great job.
Very cool! Thanks for watching!
Great video. It helped me for my first replacement
great video it was really helpful to my thanks guys
Just replaced the front shocks on my 2002 2500 HD 4WD. I did not remove the tire/wheel to accomplish this. Working on a vehicle on a floor jack or jack stand can be dangerous too. My truck does have a 4 inch lift with 35 inch tires. That does give me additional room over a stock truck. Cheers!
Super Job , You really do A Very Professional job but do it as to where it's Very easy to understand every Video that I have watched . Thank's for Sharing & keep up the good work .
Wrench and socket size would be helpful.
Very good and helpful, I appreciated 👍👍
Glad it was helpful!
What size tier are you running on the OEM rim? They looked big.
3:05 Donald Trump is the mechanic?
Christian Meglio Yes! President Donald Trump can make everything great again!

Have a vid to replace back shocks on the same 2500?
I just wonder why he installed the bottom shock bolt going in a different direction!.. :) , i know i don't matter but it's oem that counts ! ;)
+0429elpicoso How could that make any difference as long as the bolt is Tight ?
You want the nut facing you. You usually loosen the nut from the bolt not the bolt from the nut. May not make any sense but that's why oe is nut facing out so you can get an impact on the nut.
I caught that too, ha ha!
Thanks 👍🏽
Thanks for watching!
Jacking against the disc brake???
The jack is on the lower ball joint

My shocks has a wire on top of the nut….idk what kind of shocks are those, I think those are electric shocks for my 2003 1500HD 🙌😭
Yeah so those have a valve inside that is controlled with that wire and require the really expensive shocks to replace or you will get an error! Thanks for watching!
