my sister told me this and its very true someone told her u don't havea wedding for you, u have it for other ppl and its sad but true bc u have your vision and after every1 has their fingers in it it's completely different from how it started.
My reception venue, which also provided food/booze/music, made sure to place a plate of hors d'oeuvres on our table so that we could try them and then they also brought us our dinner plates so that we could eat while everyone was getting their food and then interact more once we finished. We also made sure to request they save the top tier of the cake and serve the sheet cakes first.
I was engaged for like 7-8 years when I was around 21. I lost count. Should've gotten married way earlier but it's so expensive. Then Covid happened. So yeah, finally getting married.
metrini she was there the whole time! She did great!!! 💛 She helped the other bridesmaids with hair/makeup and was nervous for her speech as well. The main things I’d change were things that only I could’ve changed myself really. Which is totally fine!!
while I dint really eat my dinner, idid eat my cake. cake is my fav part of the wedding. i had coconut and vanilla. I wish my mom drove me crazy. i wanted my own special flavor and sge sge just kept hammering me about what other ppl would eat would eat and in the end i had so much leftover cake bc of her
Our kids only had one donut, lol. And my cake at our wedding got thrown away! 😡 I had a piece that was sitting at my seat at our bridal party table. I went to dance and when I came back someone had taken it and thrown it away 🙄 I was sad!!
