We must be more careful with this group, such as corn and peas. I prefer to avoid and exchange for better ones.
In practice it remains the same.
Greetings to 🇨🇦
Hello! I’m watching you from The United States. I am in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I moved here close to 20 years ago. I am from New York. I miss it there, however, economically, it wasn’t possible to live there due to high housing costs. I am 58, female and have genetic diabetes. My mother had several complications and did pass away at age 73. However, even though there is genetic diabetes in my family, there is also a good amount of longevity also. We have roots in Sicily. There may be have been better lifestyle there where our family is from. Also, they probably had more healthy foods accessible. Can you please do a genetic video about it. Does it mean that ultimately, I won’t be able to manage this disease? I sure hope you can give some positive information to help those of us with the genetic factors! I love your videos! You have everything making sense and I know I would benefit if I could find a doctor like yourself who can give positive, honest recommendations. Thank you for your videos! I really appreciate it!
Ciao!
Thank you, I will cover more about this in the next videos.

Nicely consolidated the reasons for high blood sugar levels in every day life of diabetics! Thanks a lot Doctor. Viewer from India
10. The UK. I'd love too,to know about genetics and diabetes, another question if you don't mind? I love fruit,I particular, grapes and pink lady apples,i thought normally occurring sugars in fruit wouldn't have any affect,on my blood sugar readings in mmol/litre of blood,if I've written that down correctly.
Is this the case regarding fruit true? And what about Porridge Oates,i like these with warm low fat milk, are these good or bad. Thank-you Doctor ❤.
Goodnight.
In general, apples are a great fruit and grapes are one of the fruits that we should pay more attention to, but if your blood sugar is not increasing through capillary blood glucose tests, there is no need to worry.
Oat porridge also has a high glycemic load, it would be interesting to take care of the quantity if your blood sugar is changing, I eat oatmeal 3x a week and in my case it is fine.
