- Here's my craft room from my old house. It's messy, unorganized, and a borderline hoarding room, but hopefully you guys can get some inspiration or ideas on how NOT to organize your craft room! My sewing studio is a fairly small space, but I do have SOME decent organizing methods going on. So, I hope you can get something from this :)

I also have a hard time getting rid of scraps!! Your room is pretty organized. You seem to have what you really need at your fingertips and that's the main thing. If you want to streamline things for your new space, using more closed storage would help with the clutter feeling.Your fabric storage is great and better for it than being in bins.Make use of your vertical space in your new sewing room with a cork board. I have one over my sewing machine that I use for holding my pattern instructions and other bits of inspiration or a place to keep notes that I don't want to lose. I have my serger thread in an over the door shoe pocket thingy and it works great!! Best of luck in your new space!!
