This mounting method for the 75100 will work well for lots of people. Since your mosfet wall touches the side of the battery box, I would have added thermal pad there as well.
Great video again👍we gonna wait wiring video😁
Can you do a video on how to program the controller?
I’m unable to get full power on my one
Still waiting for the detailed install guide for the flipsky 7550 with 1x 48v monorim motor for Max g30 please. Also i would like to add the flipsky display, which i have, or a large colour display instead of stock dashboard. If you could do a dedicated install guide for this controller on your site, please, i would be extremely grateful. Cheers Bro!!🛴😊✌
Ok...!!!!
That's a "PIRATE" video...!!!!!👏👏
Waiting for the next videos (till be on the road)!!🧐
As about Controllers... I was drill them out of the deck (for cooling them)
Hi for best cooling I recommend installing controllers outside on the frame.
hi, thank for your video again. is it compatible with the boyueda 60volt. and how much stronger is it with that? do all work together with the display also? thank you very much 😍
What amps at what volts are you drawing from the battery and what are the phase amps? What max controller temps are you seeing with this setup?
Hello, is compatible with all scooter ? For example the Laotie SR10 ?
Hey pirate, is it possible to install MTB brakes on Laotie ti30 or es19. Brakes like Magura Mt4 mt5 mt7 and simmilar?
And the battery delevery how many amps with this controllers?
Lots of space in that scoot man 😳
Hi Pirate, I need your help brother. Can you please tell me or show me how can i fix Ti30 on that part where you lock your stem height? For sure you know what i mean.
Cześć właśnie zamówiłem laotie es19, masz jakieś dodatkowe porady co sprawdzić i co zrobić przed jazda ?
Are they compatible with the display? Could make a video explaining the connections of the cables Thanks 👍
for sure not compatible ;)
@@PirateOnCZcams This is also a question I've had. So the do the Flipsky controller not work with any of the displays out there? Only there own ugly blocky one? I really want to get two of these or the Dual version but not keen on that Flipsky display.
@@d1o2n4 there is couple free diy schemats and check davega X
Great
Bonjour pirate tu as fait ça sur quelle trottinette 🤔
That is a huge upgrade!
How do they operate together?
Like master/slave?
yes , over CAN . My Esk8 had the same system so 1 master and 3 slaves :)
@@PirateOnCZcams The land braker with them will be rocket 🚀.
1yr old video but just in case... Instead of thermal pads, use 2mm (≈0.08") thick aluminum sheet. Cheaper than those thermal pads and much higher thermal conductivity. Use thermal paste on both sides. Thermal pads should only be used on uneven surfaces. If both are flat, use copper or aluminum.
Zero 10X ESC's run 80v fets ;)
Pretty keen to see how this build goes, have been considering the 75100's for a scooter for a while now. Surprise is, mine are actually about the same size already
I have a Kaabo mantis pro, the Minimotors 2X 27A 60V controller is a bit smaller than one 75100...im considering 75100,s for it because sine wave is superior and bluetooth settings are also nice to have.
@@-joo3033 sine wave is superior for speed, but not torque, keep that in mind before you do your swap.
And also that the stock battery is already maxed out for current supply, any more and youll have to add a second battery or replace the existing one with better cells
Also the latest 5.2fw has been bricking vescs so be careful tgere ✌️
@@-joo3033 get the alu pcb version if you don't want temperature issues
@@JamiePineappleWyatt 5.3 bricks vescs, because of phase filters, just get Jaykup's firmware
trust me when i say the FSESC75100 alu pcb version on my scooter accelerates much harder than the original 28A controllers, i still have the battery current per controller on 38A (90A bms trip limit, some safe margin) and it's only a 48V scooter, i have phase current on 98A, but this controller should be able to take 110 phase amps atleast i think (it's the alu pcb version, it has 380A mosfets but the pcb will break if you try that much)
----- edit ‐----
the alu pcb controllers take 120 phase amps just fine
----- /edit -----
I need to build a diy pack that can do 100 or more amps and higher voltage (it's an Obarter X3), it's already very fast though
but i have it in current control no reverse brake adc2 mode with brake on throttle on adc2, it's insanely smooth, i could try to create adc PID speed mode for the people that want the original controller feeling, cuz original controllers just do full acceleration till it reaches the defined speed by throttle rather than vary the torque, i prefer current control mode tho personally
i also almost never use my physical brakes, i always use variable regen by a second throttle and it's plenty for me
if you don't care about regen and want similar operation to the original controllers you can use ADC PID SPEED mode
Yes I’ll love to see a set up video for these controllers too. I see the 75100 is limited to 550w motors, so can’t be used on more powerful scooters?
U mean 6000w cuz 100A x 60v
@@PirateOnCZcams looking on Flipsky Tech’s 75100 video in the comments he mentions many times 550w maximum. This is where I was getting confused. I’m having issues with my Yume D5 controllers and I’d love to replace them with these. Are there any performance gains?
@@domgoff999 I am using a Flipsky 75100 on an 8000W motor. I have issues with the controller overheating but the controller is only a temporary installation until a bigger Trampa 100/250 arrives in the mail.
@@phylaxxx my motors are only 1200w each. I’ve ordered 2 x 75100. My original controller doesn’t have hall sensor wiring but my motors do. My controller uses back EMF instead and it really doesn’t work, motors stutter on acceleration. So hopefully with the 75100 it will be much smoother and can upgrade motors in the future
@@domgoff999 In what video? I cant seem to find it?
you gonna do the same thing on the SR10?
I think no, not enough time or budget.
Hi bro 😎
hi
Hello I can not find your loop key
Hi do U need whole Loop key / just prined parts or 3d file ?
@@PirateOnCZcams is itkpososbel to buy the entire key
@@MrGiodude17 Maybe at the end of this month I will have more time so I could do couple.
Bro u should not use crap case of does contollers , since all mosfet on the side ,no reason to mount it like that ,get a custom alu plate and istall without housings ,than you fix that to the body, if bolts long you cut them or use shorter ,lot washers not a good idea, also if you use silicone ,use from the outer side since water will come from there ,just neutral and outside,uv protected ,no reason to use else.
If you look for even stronger use pu50 you can seal boat with that.
