    You doing great job friend ! Saving a lot of my time. I had many ideas in my mind how to improve equipment, details, like a controller for example... Then finding all this stuff already done by you 😃 Thx bro again and I am gonna contact you on priv as you live in my neighborhood.. I am from Lodz , Retkinia but currently living abroad. When visit Lodz - hopefully this spring/summer and will bring my brand new scooter to my place, definitely could meet for a ride and talk. My scooter seems to bee same as your Ti30 excluding rear suspension and smaller 33Ah battery which is also 21700 type. Currently struggling to open a deck and don't want to force it too much. Need to find some metod... So many ideas in my head, how to mod and improve things like electric vehicles for example
    Take care and do it what you do because you doing it great ! ⚡👏💪😀

    The nice thing about ESC you have full total control power outputs. I'm diy electric skateboard builds several monster board. I'm currently building my electric scooter using Ubox esc 1000x way... Better chinese controller. Using Vesc controller you can save tons of space and you increase battery size for more amps..

      Flipsky and spintend make awesome vescs or controllers as they're called in bikes, I came from electric skateboards that did 60mph then am now getting into e bikes. I had thought there was som reason they had such big controllers but apparently not lmfao. Spintend ,ales a vesc (programmable electric speed controller) that takes 80 amps, has forward, reverse/Regen brake, 12v plug for lights and horns and more, is already in a heat dissipation case, a built in anti spark, and also is made for 2 motors not one,, that also takes 100 amps per side! All that and has built in Bluetooth to program it w your phone and is also less than half it's size and a great price for the buy

    • @darkchild256
      @darkchild256 Před 2 lety

      Its because the phase amps are lower than your yyks, typically yyks run a 2-3 times ratio of amps sent to the motor vs battery amps, vescs havent been designed around this yet. Nice thing is new 75100s came out but they max out at 120 phase amps which ends up being the low end torque of a 60 amp or so controller.

Throttle only on an ebike is no good better still adding Arduino that operates brake lights etc. I should add I use a cmacewheel y-20 48v 750w but controller fitted does not provide full power to motor so no good on hills.
      All other 30 amp continuous controllers available are as you describe in video 4 to 5 times larger so will not fit in existing compartment on my bike. These flip sky are so small I can afford to mount one on outside.

      Vesc is more complex than you think ;), you can increase power in settings just be sure to proper cool down Vesc ( mount it to the frame , add HQ thermal paste between Vesc and frame to spread the heat around the frame ) . 6.6 Can handle only 12S , but you need up to 16S so 7550 is cheapest way to do it 170$ , if you need more power then go with 75200 200A but it cost 300$ per one vesc ( soon I will make video about it ) . @@PirateOnCZcams All cheap Chinese controllers are the same. A 50-amp 72-volt controller priced at less than $ 30 is plentiful on Ali Express, the technology inside the aluminum box, and the output wires from it are almost all the same.
      Some online stores charge $ 110 or more by changing the connectors and names on them.

      Bro this is simplest square wave controller for Ebike , compare to Boyeda controller this is poop ( 3 x bigger 3x less powerful ,I didn't test it but all those like 10--30% less efficient ) so there is a reason why other controllers cost 110$ and 170$ or 1000$ ... ;) . ps 50A x 72V = 3600W ;) , but thank you for your input

    It is so less powerful. "Pocket beast", are you kidding me. That controller has so small MOSFETs they are like the ones your fpv drone has. It can't handle the current of a hub motor big like laotie has. I try to run them to my laotie ti 30 without load motors spin well. When it is on the floor maximum speed is 2-3km/h😂. One controller burned after a while. You never installed them to any of your scooters and that's said a lot😔. Big waste of money guys don't buy them not compatible with big motors!!! Please make an honest reviews keep going.
