Thomas and Friends was easily my favorite TV show growing up. I loved its characters and the way it was made fascinated so much, that it was one of the earliest reasons I got into filmmaking.
So when I was presented with the chance to write a song for a Thomas And Friends project, I jumped at the chance. Sadly the project ended up getting scrapped, but I was allowed to publish the song when and how I please! (Sidenote: The project wasn't Engines United, that is still being worked on)
So sit back with a good pair of headphones and enjoy my song "You Are The Number One", a tribute to everyone's favorite tank engine.

You’re Damn Right, It Would! If This Song Were Used in a Full-length Feature Film Of Thomas The Tank Engine Using a Few Musical Elements Into It That Would Be Amazing If They Were Actually Doing It. And I’ve Got the Perfect Plot For the Film;
The NWR is In Financial Trouble And In Order To Save Money, The Fat Controller Decides To Sell Some Of His Engines, Thomas Being One Of Them. However, Diesel 10 Sees This a Chance To Finish The Steam Engines And Once Finding Out About His Plans, Thomas Must Get Back To Save Sodor.

This is an amazing song, it's not every day when someone tries to make a fan made song for the Thomas fandom. The tune to this is majestic and the voices are superb. It is a shame that the 'Engines United' special was cancelled.
I honestly thought this would be a great contribution up there with the works of Tines Sensahthe.

When the pitch got deeper when it was talking about Thomas's friends I thought it was going to talk about James at the scrapyard on the mainland in Journey beyond Sodor for some odd reason probably because of the tone but besides from that I loved it!
