This was a very tug on the heart strings song, it's sad and sets the tone for a scene of any old engine's last moments on rails. Plus anything with Stephen and Glynn gets a tick in my books.
This truly shows everyone what scrapping feels to Thomas and his friends. A true piece of art. You are a credit to the railway known as the Thomas The Tank Engine community.
It reminds me of all the abandoned trains around the area. an abandoned shell of a PRR ALCO RS3 8479, a couple GG1s around the northeast, and even a PRR I1sa somewhere in New York.

Barry's Yard didn't get a thorough explanation, but you can tell what happens there from the context. Its mention didn't feel awkward or out of place, really well handled. I didn't truly cry watching this, but you managed to get me fairly close for a TTTE production. Hat off to you!

I honestly haven't seen someone compose original songs for this fandom akin to the ones done by Bronies and it was a plesent surprise to see you upload this.
The tune is very touching and the lyrics are really heartbreaking, you've done an astounding job at making us feel for these old goldies.
That said, the high pitched backing vocals can be a bit distracting. If you should have backing vocals, it would be nice to have them sing a little deeper or sound a bit more smooth.
But that was the only negative I can see in this song. Besides that, you did fantastically.

This is so good! Its sad though. It made me cry a bit when I heard this for the first time, but I got used to it. Please make more songs like "You are the number one" and this!

I think I've become addicted to this song because I listened to it 6 times yesterday and this is my 4th time listening to it today.
Man, you have a brilliant singing voice and it is sad the song is. It sound like song For Thomas movie.
And the main characters for that movie could be Stephen and Glynn and it would be called "Old Engines". And the plot could be set in the castle at Ulfstead.

I found one lyric a laugh, but not in the way many people think. "Barry's Yard is calling our names". Barry Island Scrapyard, Glamorgan, Wales was renowned for saving steam locomotives from the scrap yards. Without that scrapyard, preservation wouldn't have shot off like a rocket.
