THROWS COACHES, THROWERS, & PARENT THROWS COACHES,
We know why you’re here.
Learning Track and Field throwing events: Glide Shot, Rotational Shot Put & the Discus throws is hard… really hard.
It’s technical, it’s not natural, and you have to spend equal time between building up strength levels & mastering throws technique.
For throwers and parents of throwers, you find you’re on a deserted island looking for a throws coach, and if you are a throws coach, well… you’re like a unicorn! Rare & beautiful.
But at the end of the day, throwing the shot put and the discus is awesome!
It’s a sport of warriors, gladiators and truly the OGs of the Olympic games.
So why is it not more popular?
It’s because unlike football or soccer, where you can find a congressional library of information on how to play, and there are coaches everywhere you look, throwing is more like a scavenger hunt…
Except, you have no idea what it is you’re looking for.
What you need is a solid, proven track and field, throws training resource to go to in order to understand
All the technical positions.
The key drills to perfect shot put & discus throws technique.
Tutorials on how to throw the shot put & the discus
and educational classes & lessons on how to coach the throws for every level of athlete.
Whatever it is for you…
We’ve got good news for you-
This is EXACTLY why we built the Throwing Chain Reaction System®, or TCR for short.
Once inside this comprehensive track and field, throws training system, you’ll be consistently getting better at training and coaching for bigger results faster than you ever thought possible.
No more spending hours searching online for some glimmer of hope video- in fact you can enjoy training or coaching again since you now know what to do and how to do it.
If you’ve been throwing for a while or coaching your whole life, you’ll gain so much more insight and start advancing quickly.
Nothing is more motivating than success.
and it all starts at Pillar 1…. oh, you’ll learn all about that inside the TCR System.

Please tell her to keep her elbow up, she’s gonna get hurt if she doesn’t
She’ll keep her elbow up better by staying closed with her shoulders.
i can second this . i have my second meet of the season last week, slipped and my elbow dropped and i tore my bicep. can’t throw this season at all …

I dislocated my shoulder at my first track meet because my elbow was too low...
I hope you’re teaching proper grip and release too, when I first started my head would turn away before I threw, which hurt my distance a ton
Nice work
I really needed this for my match tomorrow, I needed to fix my stance😁
It’s the footwork they are mostly trying to demonstrate improvement here, and it’s significant. You need proper alignment, shoulder, hip, heel to generate trust from the power position. Elbow, grip, shot to jaw will come with further practice. Keep pushing young lady, shotty is hard!
That is the shortest throw I've ever see
many success stories have humble beginnings.
But the technique was good at least
@@aretethrowsnation everyone is a critic and not it all! 💯 success isn’t an happening it’s a journey/ process
😅

She is throwing because of her elbow and you can get disqualified for that on a big event
developing thrower and that this isn’t a throw. its definitely a put.
Some people hatin but she fr threw further than me
Wow! Thank you
Push up and add speed
If we take steps it will be effective know
The ball needs to be on your neck but i suck at shot so I can’t be saying anything
Its all about strength 💪

Technique makes difference
👍👍😇
ISNT IT SUPPOSED TO BE ALWAYS TOUCHING THE EAR?
Nice

This have any subs
her elbow needs to stay up more if she doesn’t want to tear her shoulder 😊

@@liamdalton2309 yea
Both are foul throws. You took the putt away from you neck
She has the right idea 💡 just need to stay closed with her shoulders.
Name: shot-put
Made it: Short put
Shitttt
she should throw faster
I do shot put and she is doing it wrong both ways😐😐
That's a fault
Shitttttt
She is throwing it like a baseball wrong technique
she was a developing throwing learning the basics. everyone starts from scratch 👊
@@aretethrowsnation ok I do understand I only said that because my coach is always being crazy about form and to not throw like a baseball since I am throwing 12 pound shots in 9th grade of high school
@@Cristianlift and that is good. arm position and holding is correctly is very critical. but you’ll notice it was better and the foot position and block were better allowing for a better push position. this athlete improved a lot since this. this was a clip from several years ago.
