Okay so this is a little naughty but for those of you who enjoy a cocktail I used the leftover pineapple coconut juice and turned it into pineapple martinis. Waste not, want not.
PS Iâm sure itâd make a great mocktail too!!
Great idea!!
The best way to use pineapple juice is zucchini mock pineapple.
A little hack ... place your chips right in the freezer they will stay fresh, they don't freeze they just keep them fresh. I have been doing this for years. And , if you have a cookout and you know how chips can get stale in the heat and humidity, well place them in a zip lock freezer bag seal shut and place either in the freezer or place them in your cooler . I hope you try it. A man that worked for a potato chip company suggested to do it so like I said I have been doing it for years and we always have fresh potato chips and my favorite is BBQ chips right out of the freezer , the coolness of the chip and the spice of the BBQ sauce is delicious. Hugs from Lancaster, Pa. đ€â€
Pineapple in jar, I cut up strawberries and put in leftover water!!
Living vicariously threw your haul
Girl, you got it going on. No one could beat your system. Everyone should buy your price record book.đ
Okay so i noticed you putting your groceries in your trunk and one tip i saw on tiktok was to use laundry baskets to hold the items from places like sams, aldi, and costco(when they lack boxes somehow) it makes unloading so much easier!
Kimmy. You can do most Anything ! Thank you so much for years of Blessing Countless lives !!!â€đ
Years ago when I found your channel my husband & I have been following the sale price method. Just this weekend we saved with Kroger digital coupons & sales. (homework đ). Last week we lost our only extra freezer due to a power surge from a storm. I was able to save the little meat we had in it. We do not keep a whole lot right now because it is hurricane season in Houston, TX. I'm đą that I can only buy for 2 weeks of meat at a time again. Routine change âč. I still have my storage pantry so we're good. Oh, we were able to get a free pack of water because we spent over $25. Yippee
After two separate power outages and losing hundreds of dollars worth of food (mostly meat), I now can 95% of the meat that I buy.
You continue to amaze me.
Emmental cheese is great in gratins - make a white sauce and melt the emmental into that, cover your almost-done roasted veggies with the cheese sauce (more cheese/breadcrumbs on top optional) and brown under the broiler.
Thanks for the tips!
I have also accidentally missed scanning a couple items at Sam's, but realized it when putting them in my vehicle. I scanned them there in the parking lot, and though i didn't go in to have someone do that finishing scan, it still processed the transaction.
Thatâs good. I wish o would realize in the parking lot. But nope not until I work on the video.
Wow some great savings Kimmy best to shop around for sure. love to all xxx
I just bought dried crushed chillies yesterday and found a nice savings. I went down the international foods aisle and got a bag of the dried hot chillies there for just over $2 and was able to fill my big container with it and still have some leftover.
Sam's in West Jordan has the Hidden Valley ranch powder in bulk (16 oz) cheaper than the packets.
Thanks for taking me shopping with you lol. I'm filling my raised beds with soil and taking a break. I just ordered the pineapple spears :)
Great tips! Iâve been sticking up for Hurricane Season which started June 1st but we usually donât get anything until August or September. It is supposed to be a bad one this year đ„Ž.
Question: what do you for water now? I remember you had plastic one gallon jugs in your closet at other house.
I use to buy plastic individual water bottles because we cannot drink our faucet as it goes through a salt water softener. Bug now we buy water from local waterman that runs it through a reverse osmosis system and it is only 25 cents a gallon. Only cost me $4.50 for 6 jugs or 18 gallons. Win win!!
At my grocery itâs at least $1 a gallon if not more!!
We buy those 3 gallon hard plastic thick jugs and use that. Currently we have 6 jugs. They also have 5 gallon jugs. Maybe you could do that as it is cheaper.
In the past when I have bought the 1 gallon jugs from grocery store for hurricane season they eventually leaked. The plastic is too thin probably.
Anyway just a suggestion. Or maybe you already made a similar change??
I wish we had Sam's club in Oregon. I love the piggy bank graphic in the price breakdown.â€
Hi Kimmy. â€â€â€ your videos. You've encouraged me to track my prices after watching this video. I love keeping my pantry stocked. We dont have the big box stores in the UK as you do but I know most of my price points so just buying from the regular supermarkets we have and other stores I always do my best to get the best prices. I spend about ÂŁ140 a week on my groceries so that works out around $710 in a 4 week month and we are 2 adults and 2 big teenagers plus a gf a couple of times a week for 3 meals . Out of that I would say maybe equivalent of $120 a month goes on my pantry shelves and in freezers. There is nothing more satisfyingly than having my shelves stocked.
Great hauls!! Bravo!!
I just ordered your planner! I tried going all digital on my phone for the last six months. It has worked great for appointments and what not, but not so much for meal planning.
We are finally in a some what good financial place to be able to re-stock some items. Our dog had pups, and as we have been selling them I have been stashing the cash away for the sales and specials and re-stock. We have well and truly hit winter here in Australia (South Australia), I have made heavy (and I mean heavy), curtains to try and stop the heat escaping the house, this has cut down on the bills a little bit ( I still pay the same price each month plus a little extra as I like to stay infront). Iâm trying to get back to where we were before, before Covid and price/interest hikes. Tough road but we will get there.
What kind of dogs?

I love watching shopping hauls where you live, the prices compared to Canadian prices just blow my mind!!! We are so much more expensive here. You did a fantastic job finding all those specials, Iâd say your selves are well stocked for several months! â„ïžđđ»đšđŠ I wish I could find those spicy dill pickles here, they look delicious yummmm
I hate that your prices are so much higher.
Thank you for your videos, I always learn so much, and you're such a positive and supportive presence! And, BTW, your eyes are looking particularly pretty and sparkly in this video!
Oh thank you!
Those pineapple spears at Sam's are divine, plus I love the jar they come in since the are square and I use them for other things and they fit on a pantry shelf so well......Win, win with the bottle, fruit plus the juice they are packed in is mostly sugar with coconut water but is so refreshing. I also love those Famous Dave pickles but only the sweet & spicy ones....I crave them alot.
U r amazing the way u can figure all of this out!
The problem is that you will shop for a year but you will keep shopping. We shop for a year and do not shop all Year.
That eggplant pasta sauce looks good. I'll have to keep an eye out for it.
That corn dip from Costco is BOMB. đđ
Absolutely!
Iâm in PA & Costco is too far from me! I go to Samâs. That corn dip looks really good!
Great video â€
Looks like you're finding some great deals
Great video, Kimmy! đȘ
Thank you!! đ
The bummer is that if you were shopping before cinco de mayo itâs now mid June and the sales are done. Wish this was posted sooner.
I wish I had a Kroger amazing sale.amazing shopping
That is a great haul Kimmy. I ordered your pricing book and haven't even used it yet đź. I know right!
Hope you like it!
I don't have a Costco near me, and I'm not a member of Sams. I only shop at Aldi ad Kroger. The first thing I look at are the ads to see if any of the foods that we use for meals are on a stock up deal and I start with those first. This last week I could have gotten 5 more of the Kroger Coffee for $5.99, but I already have so many that I didn't, so I stocked up on other things.
Thanks for sharing this I enjoyed watching this and others you have done â€đ, wishing your hubby a early happy father's day from me and my family.
Thank you! You too!
@@shesinherapron welcome
I got buy 2 get 3 free on soda and chips. We don't usually have them but we camp a lot it summer. They will be used for camping trips. I love good sales.
The cheese you mentioned that your family doesnât care for, have you tried it melted on a ham sandwich? Itâs tastier melted.
Hi Kimmy! Awesome haul and deals đ. That pasta is pronounced likeâŠan-chee-nee-dee-pep-ee đ. Hope youâre having a good evening. đïžâșïž
Thank you! You too!
I wish we had shops like you have in the US. There are a few Costco but not many. The pineapple đ if anyone is diabetic, is not good, as it spikes sugar levels

The street corn dip soooo addicting!!
Yes!!
Kielbasa is not traditionally used in jambalaya. My Louisiana tastebuds needed me to let you know. â„
I wish I had enough space to stock up! Iâve already turned the coat closet into a second pantry to house things like my digital pressure canner, dehydrator, etc. I also put extra shelves in the master closet to store the items I can!
Thatâs awesome!!
I want some of the corn dip from Costco! We donât have a Costco near us đ„Čđ€Ł
Obsessed with the pineapple in coconut water as well. đ€€đ
It's so good!
Beef Franks are the Best !đ
Zatarians at Sams is 6.68 for a 4 pack. 1.67 per box.
We call the little pastaâs BBâs.
famous daves pickles are the best...spicy
The cheese you donât prefer from Samâs we use in augratin potatoes
Alternating potatoes, seasoning, white cheddar cheese, that cheese, cooked onion pieces and half and half or heavy cream. Finishing with cheese. Bake in oven.
Not really a recipe, more of a process. It is really good.
Sounds great!
Tuna pot pie? Never heard of it but sounds sooo good! Have you done this recipe on here?

FYI-Starting on 6/19 at Costco the 64ounce Best Foods Mayo is $3 off and the Aidells Sausages are $4.30 off. Both are on my stock up list:) Along with the deal on the Cadet Bully Sticks which are $10 off a bag and no limit!!!!!
Awesome!!! Thanks!

When making strawberry jam from the strawberrys you froze, do you wash the berrys before freezing or after
Before
The strawberry jam you mentioned... I didn't know you could make it from frozen strawberries... is this freezer jam or cooked/canned?
This round will be freezer jam
I see the prices on the screen
I think you have plenty and then some on those shelves. I wonder how long it takes you to use it all? You must not need to visit a store too often? It looks obsessive ? Share shelves depleted to really understand a savings if you would?
You know, it's pretty sad that I just paid $5 more at our Sam's here in FL and almost every single item you bought is way more here. Between the groceries and insurance they are draining us dry.
Really?! That is interesting. Why?
I have no clue why there is such a price difference. It sure is infuriating though. Thanks for sharing with us!
Does anyone know how to request a Sam's Club location? Would love to have one in North Idaho.
do you do anything special when you freeze buns
No
â€â€â€
How do you freeze your hot dog and hamburger buns. Every time I try they end up mushy and broken.
You can thaw them out of the package
Kimmy, I love these videos so much!!! Here's a question. My budget is about the same as yours. I want so badly to have a pantry. But I have to buy meat and things and I just can't seem to ever get enough to have an extended pantry. I try the buy one now and one for later. So far all I have stocked up a little are condiments. I'm wondering where I'm going wrong? Thank you for all that you share!!!! đ©·đ©·đ©·đ©·
If you can buy your meat in bulk once a year (ie. Quarter or half a cow), it will free up your monthly grocery budget immensely and then you can start stocking up each month little by little. May and November are some of the best sale months of the year, so if you can afford to have extra to spend those months, you can stock up 6 to 12 months on those sale items.
@kbran4414 I wish I could do that, but it's just not in my budget right now. Thanks for your help, though!!!! đ
I have a few suggestions for you. Before I list them, I would say that it takes time and practice to accumulate a well stocked pantry.
That being said, here are my suggestions:
1. Try incorporating meatless meals in your weekly meal planning.
2. Build your weekly menu around sales items.
3. Buy in bulk as your budget and space allow.
4. Make double batches of meals and freeze one for later. It cuts down on waste.
5. When meal planning, make meals with similar Ingredients (similar to tip 4).
6. If it's overwhelming, start small with just buying one or two extra Ingredients for a meal that you eat frequently.
I hope that gives you a few ideas.
@@bridgeteastman2560 Thank you so much for taking the time to type that out. I am going to write these down. đ©·
All of the tomato products are overpriced. Tomatoes are pretty cheap to grow. I highly recommend GARDENING to people who eat a lot of tomato products. Tomatoes are actually pretty easy to grow. Get you some tomato cages and grow your own tomatoes.
â€â€â€â€â€
The street corn dip has Cotija cheese, which is pronounced CO-TEE-HAW.
Thank you
PSA. Be very careful buying liquid laudry detergents and softeners. People are topping up their bottle when buying one with another and leaving it on the shelf. Twice now I have had a walmart pickup order and received a half full bottle of detergent.. Just be aware.
What!!??
I did see something about that.
If you don't have đŠ
Can you please mention the prices of the items
She puts it in the bottom right-hand corner. It's fast, I have trouble seeing some of them while looking at the product! Lol
Co-tee-ha cheese =cotija
đđ
Its So expensive now even Walmart they hiked the prices up up up its nuts đ€Ș BS is what i say
Yup!
Why don't you save even more and just make your own yogurt in the instant pot? Basically just as much for the cost of a gallon of milk
That pineapple in coconut water is misleading. I thought it's in coconut water 100% but it's not. It's in water, sugar and THEN a bit of coconut water.
Dang!
Itâs FABULOUS, youâll love thisâŒïž
