【“海ゆかば”が聞こえてくるほどの素晴らしさ！】
技術はもちろんの事ですが、個人的な思いとして、
このような“人知れず去っていった軍艦”を取り上げて頂いた事が嬉しいです。
こういう、地味でありながらも【個性の強い“特化”した軍艦もあった】という事を、
知るきっかけを頂いた事にも感謝です。
このような“個性的で地味な艦”は、
何故か“哀愁”が漂い 心惹かれるものがあるのです。
大和などのメジャーな艦もいいのですが、
個性的でマイナーな このような艦も製作しているようですので、
是非拝見させて頂きます！

いつもプラモだけでも凄い手が凝っているのにジオラマまで作った上に完成度が高くて凄い。(語彙力皆無ですいません)
Probably my favorite japanese cruiser. Having 5 4 shot torpedo tubes on both sides bringing that to 10 total torpedo tubes on it

@@conniegerena5255 so i heard about it from talks of the beta process, as for the person comment above its a anime reference in which IJN Kitakami and her sister ship Oi as well as other ships of wwii are reincarnated into girls with different personalities. Never the less i can only imagine any commanders reaction to seeing a ship with that many torpedo launchers

I think you did a wonderful job on your model, however and I know this sounds picky but my understanding is that Japanese torpedoes didn't bubble because of the oxygen enriched fuel they used.
the bubble were watched until released torpedoes were reached at point of 300m long far.

It's a mechanism to increase the oxygen concentration little by little, so there are bubbles at first.

Error, the type 93 torpedoes did not leave bubbles in the water since they propelled it with oxygen instead of compressed air, oxygen dissolves quickly in the water, which made it more lethal than the type 93 torpedoes that had a devastating warhead and they were stealthy
True, but they started with normal air to prevent detonation.
If I'm not wrong, the torpedos still let a trail, It was just harder to spot.

Facts :
1. Heated torpedoes use O2 to oxidize liquid fuel and pistons to provide rotational power.
A unique feature of the Type 93 is that it is loaded with oxygen as pure compressed oxygen. Combustion in an internal combustion engine results in the emission of CO2 and a small amount of O2.
2. CO2 is very soluble in water, while nitrogen in the atmosphere is not.
3. The Type 93 is supplied with compressed air for a period of time after engine start-up in order to avoid engine explosion. Then it is switched to compressed oxygen.
4. As a general, when a torpedo enters the sea from the air, it creates a bubble around the screw.
Conclusion:
Immediately after launch, the Type 93's wake is visible by the bubbles.

I love what you did, but I think the splashes for the rear torpedoes is wrong. Even after only a couple seconds the ship would move far enough forward that those splashes should not line up with the tubes the torpedoes were fired from

Great job with the water and the ship! It would be interesting to see you build a bigger ship together with water. For example The Titanic, The Uss Iowa or The USS Arizona (Trumpeter 1:200). Anyway well done!

That "gel stuff" is resin and epoxy something like that idk
@@mazda_rt24-p Yeah its epoxy resin I believe, my mind was just so fried when I left the comment XD. However, I think I've seen people use other stuff that isnt epoxy. I went on a crafts binge so I saw a lot of different styles but this was the first I saw using tin foil

基本的に接着剤が必要無く
はめ込むのみなのでオススメです

日本の酸素魚雷は途中からだよ数百メートルは雷跡が出るよ

結局魚雷下ろして高速輸送船化→回天母艦。ただただ貴重な時と戦力と資源と生産力を無駄に浪費しただけ

大平洋戦争ではもう航空機が主力だったからこんなこんな重武装な艦艇より対空とかが無いといけなかったんだよ
五十鈴っていう軽巡調べればどのぐらい日本海軍が制空権を取られてたかわかりますよ。
旧式の軽巡洋艦に無理やり対空機銃がんづめの鬼畜の所業。
日本の魚雷をバカにするとインディアナポリスの悲劇になってしまったというが、人間魚雷じゃなくて良かった🐬
