I haven't seen too much change in the vanity tops, most builders and remodelers are staying with lighter colors for the surfaces no matter what color the vanity is. Folks are installing stone (usually quartz) in the owner's bath and maybe a cultured marble in the secondary bath. That's what I have been seeing. Thanks for asking and watching!! Take care.

for flooring maybe stick with a matte finish instead of polished. Also bath mats for immediate areas around shower, tub or sinks. Thanks for watching !!

Larger tiles on the floor = slippery when wet.
