Yes!! He surely knew how physical the opposition would be, so Andrich should have started. His presence would have counteracted to some degree at least, Atalanta's robust approach. In addition he could have given the support Wirtz needed to try and create. Also he should have started Shlick, or Boniface, to try and match up physically with their, defenders, who were big and physical. To go with Adli against these guys was baffling? Naive management? But having said that, their big players like Xaka, Grimaldi, Tah etc never turned up, sadly!!
