When Xabi was in Real Madrid playing against FC Barcelona learn alot now applying his experience which will be very very helpful

When he was still playing under Mourinho, I remember Mourinho saying even back then that Alonso will make a very good coach in the future because of his football IQ. Always looked forward to seeing if Jose was right and it seems he was.

Only teams I see him leaving Bayer for would be: Bayern, Real or LOLerpool.
Xabi himself said that he's not eager to leave make a big club leap yet, wants to sement his grounds to other teams and build a system of his own.
He's been nothing but honest and humbled about his coaching unlike other big name players
I would love to see him at Real Madrid.
