They made a lot of people give their speech again bc the jury wasn’t nearly as bitter as Jeff wanted. Basically Sean & Paschal’s “hey you guys are awesome” speeches was the whole mood.

Based on what I've heard Robert say the opposite is true. He said recently that he basically yelled at them because they didn't answer his question, so they had to turn off the cameras and start over. His jury question that was aired was not at all bitter.

Tammy was really bitter. Neleh didn’t get “greedy”… she just played the game.

True. I understand why Tammy found it to be a betrayal. This was early Survivor when people played with their hearts and their morals. The relationships were much richer and the contestants bonded on a deeper level given the harsh intensity of the old school seasons and uniqueness of the experience. With that said, if a 21-year-old Neleh indeed told Tammy’s alliance that she just wanted to make the jury, then she definitely backstabbed them when she devised the plan to usurp them at the final 9. I don’t blame her. It’s not a crime to advance yourself in the game. But this was the first season when the power alliance was completely overthrown by the minority alliance. She wasn’t going to get away with that without a stern criticism. Tammy was pointing out what a lot of people were thinking at the time. Neleh has a very innocent appeal to her, and Tammy was pointing out the cunning, cutthroat nature of the move she made.
She got greedy? She was gonna get 5th with that alliance or lower .
Worse than that, she literally says she was greedy because the *jury* wasn't good enough. The fact that she said this, with absolutely no self awareness of the hypocrisy, made me laugh so hard when this first aired. I'm no fan of Neleh, but I was proud of the 5 of them for taking possession of the game from the four who literally were lording it over them, treating them like trash, and otherwise acting in pretty despicable ways. Game or no game, there's a point where the 4 of them stopped the social game altogether, stopped actually playing and thought themselves untouchable, which is never what you want in a choice for winner.

Is there a point in this season when Zoe doesn't look like she's plotting to kick a puppy, twice? I mean, I get Tammy won the bitter award here, but Zoe hands down is the most scary, unhinged person in this season. She got the crazy eyes.

@@klassicalmuzik Oh, yeah. Paschal gets Neleh and Zoey. Kathy gets John, the General, Tammy, and Vecepia. In that situation, it doesn’t matter who Sean votes for, even though I think he’s another Kathy vote
Tammy was way too bitter - what’s wrong with Neleh wanting to win the million dollars? Tammy wanted the same and got outplayed. How is that greedy, that’s the point of the game, LOL. The Rotu 4 were bad at this game
