Yugioh Maximum Gold opening - Still a favorite?

I have MANY fond memories of opening Maximum Gold (the original one) and there might be an argument it got better with RA01 and RA02 being released, but how will the 8 booster packs i have today perform?

A Dark Magician AND a Red Eyes? I'm jealous! Those old school commons look better than expected in Gold rarity. I would like to try these packs out myself but my local store doesnt sell them. :(

I think i mentioned that somewhere, too, the vanilla Gold Ultra Rares look nice to me as well. ;-)
Depending on where you live, you can try to set up an account for tcgplayer or cardmarket. On Cm you can get a Display of MAGO for around 130 € atm and chances are decent to pull roughly that amount of value. ;-)
