In 1855 the UK and France were at war with Russia in Crimea. The English troops were paid in gold. Once a month £25,000 in gold was taken from a bank in London to the rail station by armed guards. Once on the train however, there were no armed guards, because no one thought a train robbery could be done - at least no one had done it ever before. Unbeknownst to the gentlemen overseeing the shipment of gold, a very charming and elegant thief called Edward is planning to do just that - perform the very first great train robbery in history…
