    Did my heart good to see that you don't have the most expensive cues they make. Just goes to show that it really is the player and not the equipment that makes the difference.

    I use a 314 second generation myself and love it so much. It’s cool to know players of your caliber use really good shafts instead of the revo etc…. It goes to show it’s more about the player than having the most expensive equipment

    I'm still using my Meucci Original I purchased around 1990. Meucci's were 'the' cue back in the day. I think Skyler Woodward uses a Meucci. Not sure how prevalent they are on the pro circuit today what with all the black shaft golly gee whiz cues available today. Darren, pretty sure you could grab a house cue with a decent tip and play pretty much as well as you do with your Predator cue.

    I play with an old Predator Quiet Roller 2 with a 314² shaft and a Tiger Everst tip. I have several cues that were way more expensive, including two customs, but I always go back to the tried and true QR2.

    Excellent video as always. I love the set and accessories. I myself prefer Tiger Tips, especially the Sniper and Onyx. I also have the Emerald which also hits extremely well.

    Greetings Master Appleton... Actually, I would like to use some of such cues cause they seem to be great as I was using Chinese LP Cues (one was 11.5mm tip & the other at 10mm) which I used to play exceptional well with it as most of the tables here at home is normal table (Blackball & 8Ball tables)...
    Now, will like to know whether it is a greatest to use such of cues like yours on 8Ball/Bleckball..?
    Reason for me to want something similar is being unique as I believe you got to adjust! And mostly here in 🇿🇦 we using snooker cues (cosmic/viper cues/and I am using Crystal Cues 😍)

    • @dynamiteappleton
      @dynamiteappleton  Před 2 lety +1

      Sniper soft medium works perfect for me
      Onyx more a medium feel little more grab than a sniper
      Everest medium sort of in between the two
      Emerald never used one
