I used to live in Olympia Park and now moved to Milbertshofen. I think that the northern part of Munich is really underrated. It has beautiful parks (Olympiapark, Luidpoldpark) and also 3 great lakes (Lerchenauer, Fasanerie & Feldmochinger See) that are clean and amazing in summer. Proximity to the airport is also an asset of this area.

English Garten is the biggest city park in the world. I like Unterhaching, theoretically not Munich but 9 km from Marienplatz and with it's own administration, close to Isar close to Grunwald, sporty and has geothermal heating

Yes, I agree. This is nice place. I also plan to make video about "most luxury places" to live near Munich. I like Grunwald and Pullach.
