Thanks for mentioning about the construction inside of the upper.
You bet!
Thanks
You're welcome.
Thanks for the video! It helped me tremendously!
You're welcome.
Thanks for the video. Some day if you have time can you show us how to remove trigger and extractor for a cleaning. Thanks again.
I will put the extractor removal on the board. Give me four or five days to get this done.
Did you use the Glock adaptor on the Response for the LOK Grips magazine insert? I didn't see anything for S&W magazine on the LOK Grips website.
Great vid. Much appreciated. Where did you get the stand from that holds your Response up?
www.lokgrips.com
It looks like you did not tighten the hex nut back up after you put it back in, you may want to go back and check it.
Correct, I didn’t cause after this video, I had my daughter look for the one thing I didn’t do. I am training her as an armorer on these.
Thanks - this was helpful. What is the make/model of the Bench Stand you are using to hold the lower?
it is from www.lokgrips.com
Just got mine in the other day and noticed it wont let me reingage the safety after its been dry fired and the hammers been released is that normal?
No, Mine reengages when dry fired.
One additional question for you per your S&W Cleaning video.
What Make/Model Ambi Red Charging Handle do you have in your S&W Response?
The reason I ask is I tried my AR charging handle in my Response and found that it was a tight fit with a lot of friction when fully inserted. I would like to add/install an Ambi Charging handle that fits.
I would appreciate any advice you can offer.
Thanks...
Pete
It was from strike industries. I don’t remember the model.
Does this take a regular AR15 Charging handle?
What is the spray called again please, and how often do you clean your response.thank you
I clean it every-time I use it, I use Mean Green.
Trying to decide between the Response and the Ruger carbine.Any advice?
I am putting the video together right now comparing the both in greater detail hang tight and I’ll get it up to you today. Hopefully in the next hour or so.
@@hollowpointdefense thank you very much sir.
What cleaner do you use or prefer?
Mean Green.
what cleaner and gun mount are you using? Thanks
Mean Green the stand is from lok grips.
Wait until he gets 1,500 rnds through it and his fast scotch brite pad and q-tips won’t be doing what he expects. I know, I have an FPC and took his advice on the scotch brite. It works mind you, but over time, not so much. I’m getting a Response next. It will be light years easier to clean. The breach will be easier as well. It’s near impossible with the FPC, especially the trigger group. On the Response a simple 12 gauge mop will fit in there nicely and you won’t have to rely solely on q-tips and rags.
I have over 3000 rounds through the FPC & 2000 through the Response and my way still works for me. I have other guns that have way more rounds 5000 plus and my way still works for me and they are absolutely clean. If this didn't work properly, I wouldn't do it. You will always need the cleaner as I use it every-time to assist.
How you like it so far my brother ?
I do like it better than the FPC.
@@hollowpointdefense nice I’m in California so we get a shit grip but I besides that I been wanting to get one and it’s on sale this week so might just snag one up
What cleaner yr using ?
Mean Green.
Excuse but what is Mean Green anyway ? Thanks
