Oh man, I tried for like 2 weeks, but it was an epic failure. Could have something to do with the fact that I’m a paraplegic. The chair adds so much weight and my legs just didn’t really want to contribute to the process….

Do a biphasic sleep experiment. You would go to sleep when the sun goes down, trying to keep artificial light at night as low as possible. The low amount of night should make you naturally tired. Then, you wake up in the middle of the night, preferably four hours after going to sleep. You stay awake for a couple hours then go back to sleep until the sun rises or there is light in the sky. It works best if you naturally wake up in the middle of the night instead of having an alarm to wake you.
So use an alarm
I find whole milk too sweet to bulk on. There's a milk called Silk Protein (pea and cashew, no soy) that's 140 cal per cup that has more protein and minimal sugar that I prefer. Tastes good too.
I’ve watched you so long and I have never made any recommendations I would love to see you do peptides for a month or two specifically bpc 157 and tb 500 stacked with maybe a few others and just go absolutely hard in the gym

I'm doing a cut right now started 107Kg down to 103.6 Now. Let's see who can hit 97Kg 1st. I'm doing intermittent fasting (No food until high noon; no food after 8p.m.; black sugarless coffee all I can have before noon) & eating plain oatmeal as my 1st meal of the day & eating 2 meals a day instead of the uje 3.

I’ve found the same thing with fasting. I’ve heard that you can’t build muscle or gain weight if you’re fasting while bulking, but I’ve actually found it helps if you do it a couple of days a week. Fasting makes you insulin sensitive so if you workout fasted, wait a few hours and then break you fast, you are maximizing your bodies ability to utilize fat for energy and the triggering an insulin response to build muscle. I’m also doing keto which I’ve heard people claim is impossible to build muscle on, but I’m building muscle and burning fat and I’m really happy with the results thus far.
I've been fasting for 6 years and it's one of the best things I've discovered.
I am on carnivore and have no trouble gaining weight lol.
Can I ask what does yout fastig schedule look like? Do you eat the night before than not eat until a few hours after a workout? I'm new to the fitness scene but I'm trying to get healthy, there's so much information out there that I'm quickly overwhelmed. Thanks for your help!

So I do heavy weightlifting on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and I do smaller “feeder workouts” on Tuesdays and Thursday (weekends off).
So on Mondays I workout from about 10:30am-Noon, then I wait until 3pm to eat. I then space out 3 more meals every 2 hours so I’m eating my last meal at 9pm.
Tuesday I break my fast first thing in the morning at about 9am, then I have meals at 11:30am, 2:30pm, 5pm, and 7pm. (Then my fast begins until 3pm on Wednesday after my workout.).
This entire schedule continues through Saturday when I usually have a cheat meal of ice cream at night. Sundays I sometimes fast the entire day, which can be tough to get from Saturday night through 3pm on Monday with a workout, but I do it every now and then to challenge myself. Usually though, Sundays are very similar to how I eat on Tuesdays (9am, 11:30, 2:30, 5, and 7 then my fast til Monday begins.). Sorry if this is a lot to take in, but I’m happy to clear up or answer any questions you have or hear what anyone else thinks. This has been working great for me and my body is now fat adapted so even with ice cream cheat meals every Saturday night I’m still producing ketones on Monday.
obviously you can build muscle on keto and fasting its just a stupid thimg to do because you need carbs for energy and delaying your eating doesnt do shit its calories in calories out its not that deep you dont need to go on a special diet

You should see what exclusively deep breathing for a week straight does (I'm aware that you did the "deep-breathing technique for 7 days", but I mean practice mindfully deep breathing all-day, even while working out). I've seen studies that suggest it can aid in psychological repair and further mitigate cortisol. I'd like to see how it affects you, and if it's pragmatic in application, or if it's not reasonable to do so. Thank you!

Over 4k calories in a day is dirty buling as hell. You should be around 3000-3400 calories per bulking day. Its not worth it to dirty bulk, you will just have to work harder to burn/lose the excess fat. TDEE calculator is your friend.
