In north east we eat fermented pickles/ veggies more than the rest of India . we have awesome types of food that really best for gut health… and I’m grateful to the universe that i born in north-east India ❤

Good information about japan But As a muslim I know these things In Islam fasting is from one of 5 important pillar Also eating 1/3 of ur hunger is advised 1/3for water after 1/2 hour of eating and 1/3 for dua or air can be define as empty stomach for better digestion And the second pillar Namaz is the best exercise 1st in dawn that is fazr we offer before sunrise last is Isha we offer before sleeping Alhamdulillah by following only 2steps of Islam I m healthy in age of 50 still no regular medicine required
