Q. What are Binaural Beats?
"Binaural Beats" is a term given to playing one sound frequency in one ear, and another sound frequency in the opposite ear, creating a two-tone effect in the mid-brain that is actually perceived to be one tone. This causes an "Entrainment" effect in the brain that has a variety of results depending on the frequency.
Q. What are Binaural Beats good for?
Lots of things. Meditation, Relaxation, Stress Relief, Deeper Sleep, Pain Relief, Mind Expansion, Brain Hemisphere Synchronization, and the list goes on and on.
Pretty much any element of the Mind / Body complex can be improved using Binaural Beats, which again is just Brainwave Entrainment.
Q. Do Binaural Beats Actually Work?
Indeed. Many scientific studies (especially as of late) have conclusive research on Brainwave Entrainment and it's effects.
Q. Must I wear headphones for these videos?
You don't have to use headphones, but the Binaural effect is increased if you do.
Q. Do I need to close my eyes while listening to this?
No, although you'll find closing your eyes will generally lead to a deeper, more profound state while listening.

This was perfect for this tree huggie hippie. I needed this. My first tree hug was an olive tree at age 9 during my first round of child abuse came to a new chapter.Nervous breakdown . I've just hugged a tree in joy to the frequencies and I'm so high on life. Thank you for your amazing work. It's very grounding bare feet on our Earth, I believe I was a tree in another life. I have known to be that the conection in meditation only aplifies mi frequency to source ... however, i also notice that mi conection has been PERMANENT
it also grounds you to mother earth....very importaant...some people can do that without music....beware of the third eye stuff....and those raising vibration and healing tapes...... all you need is intent---and a nice grounding video like this one...peace!!!

how can these frequencies be heard if they're below human hearing range of 20hz?
Binaural beats are made generally using the Difference of 2 tones. So it's likely that was recorded above 100hz, but below 1000hz (Above that frecuency, there's not enough research). This only works with headphones because one ear gets, let's say 200hz and the other ear gets the same audio clip but at 207,83 hz.
And your brain sees that the audio is the same, so it subtracts the difference and you get 7,83 hz. Its an auditory "feature" of all of us, thats what allow us to ubicate sounds to their source.
Why is the frequency of the earth rising?
There's one basic frequency and its harmonics.
Many reasons .. We're moving into a new area in Space. Increased plasma levels, what your scientists have termed "New Radiation" .. affects the magnetosphere of the planet. Also Human Consciousness, has played a role in this. A larger role will be played once many people start to "Wake Up" and realize that we are all co-collectively creating this reality. This is one of the greatest secrets. The effect of Human Consciousness on reality. Also, increased Sun activity is playing a role here, but that's largely contributed to by the previous mentioned movement into a new space area. Many things at play here.

@@magnetic_minds absolutely---positively correct... those who clean there souls will also be given the ability to manipulate the five elements...an ability that was taken from us..those of us who have fully awakened have this ability but at a diminished capacity....we will be at full capacity within the next 5 or six year's.. we are goin all the way this time ...back to who we truly are..creator beings...unfortunately--most of us will not make it this time around because they refuse to face there fear's which is the only way to free us from all the negative emotion's that we carry around...anyone who still has suppressed negative emotion's will not obtain there ability to manipulate the 5 element's...its just that simple...EXCALIBUR!!!
