1st time I've seen this ch in my suggests. I've listened to sooo many different ones, combos etc other chs, there are just too many on YT, but Ive nvr had results. I'm a chronic pn pt x25+yrs, many health issues. You name it, i've prob tried it but this is the 1st time ive ever had pos results. Back pn started to ease after appr 30mins. Not gone of course but did ease! Ik it's not placebo effect or psychosomatic bc I had no expectations of + result, if anything I expected it not work, per ush w/so many other chs. I tried a bunch of other solfeggio tracks for migraines before this and they all made it worse. Only this one worked. Thank you for understanding that blue light often counteracts any healing effect the sounds might have. No one who has a computer or television needs MORE blue light in their life.

i cannot believe it.....pain strongly reduced in my low back in 10 minutes only, i was perhaps unable to walk for more than 2 seconds, and i'm a professional runner, i have this known problem in my back since young age for an accident, nothing drammatic but i should not lift very heavy weight for any resons....and suddenly i did it....before getting pills i decided to try this and i really thanks the creators for the REAL effectiveness....really a lot of thanks mate

Ngl my cramps were so bad and medicine stopped stopped working for me like 2 years ago so I’ve always had to thug it out and deal with the pain and last night I cried all night because of the pain and then I remembered my mom telling me ab sound frequencies and how they can do so many things (shes a big science nerd) so I looked up what sound frequency does pain stop and this video popped up and tbh I’m not sure what I was expecting but the pain is completely gone like I can feel the pressure but there’s no pain so I’ve had this on repeat for the past 4 hours thanking God because I no longer feel like I’m dying💀
..... I'm glad to read that this has helped you. I get those, and I don't now what meds you are using. ...but I take St. Joseph ( orange ) chewable Aspirin. 2 of those. They start working within a few minutes.
I also use a Holistic OTC tablet, it's called " Hylands" and it's specifically for the leg and foot cramps. These work amazingly well.
I discovered that the cramps are also from dehydration ( not enough H2O)
as well as Potassium and Magnesium deficiencies. B -12 and folate are also important to help this issue. 🙂

Where I live, the house across the street had loads of wind chimes on their front deck. I love it! This reminds me of how it sounds on a windy evening with their wind chimes. I always fall to sleep faster on those windy wind chime nights. I'm definitely adding this to my listening routine.

Qué frecuencia tiene? 432 Hz? No tendrá 440 Hz, verdad? Porque es importante que esté a 432 Hz. Para cualquier frecuencia solfeggio y para cada una de ellas, es imprescindible que tenga 432 Hz. Igual yo lo desconozco y quizá, absolutamente todas las frecuencias solfeggio van acompañadas por defecto de 432 Hz y ningúna frecuencia solfeggio llevaría 440 Hz, que en ese caso deberían anvertirlo. Ya me confirmas, vale? Es que no me atrevo a escucharla hasta que me verifiques que junto a la frecuencia de este video lleva también, o está grabada a 432 Hz.
