- Angela Rayner has described Prime Minister Rishi Sunak - who is 5'7 - as a "pint-sized loser" during a feisty exchange at Prime Minister's Questions.
Deputy Prime Minister Oliver Dowden countered the jibes by suggesting the "right honourable landlady" should step down, adding the she might start claiming the House of Commons as her primary residence if the pair were required to deputise again.
Rayner had already begun the exchange with a plea for the Conservatives to stop "obsessing" about her living arrangements and instead focus on banning no-fault evictions, saying that after 14 years the Conservative party has "failed renters, they've failed leaseholders and they've failed mortgage-holders".
Andrew Marr is joined by Editor of Prospect UK Alan Rusbridger to discuss the fiesty exchange and the fallout of the the accusations against the Shadow Deputy.

Dowden finished Labours questions with she spends to much time criticising others failings she’d only criticised the Tory’s and himself . Besides that being the oppositions job He just admitted that they are failures .

Ms. Rayner may be an unusual politician, but so is Mr. Starmer. He is almost certainly not going to fold in the face of unfair media pressure. That would open the door for more press bullying in future.
Here's a question nobody seems to be asking - have Greater Manchester Police EVER investigated ANYBODY for alleged evasion of CGT let alone assign 10 detectives on to the case which seems to centre on a sum of under two grand? And if they haven't (and they so haven't) has the force's head's close relationship with the Conservative Party and it's extreme right wing got something to do with it?

If you have an asset such as a house, water company, energy your expecting a return, so the value to the country of ownership is a loss of around 60 billion per year
