Hi Laura! Thank you for taking the time to help nursing students with your youtube channel. God bless you! I would like to learn more about the concepts nurses use to prioritize their plan of care for instance, the textbook cites Maslow's hierachy as one way to prioritize care. Are there other ways to do this? If so, can you please make a video on that? Thank you again :-) Your videos are straight to the point, quick and understandable!
+Samia Ayew there are other ways but Maslow is the most commonly used. I'm not sure when I can get back to posting more videos but hopefully soon. I have a 6 month old and some health issues to deal with.

so lost... first semester of RN school and I can't grasp this concept
+J Wilford they throw a lot at you ... what do you need help understanding? I have a few other nursing process videos that break down parts of the process. All a care plan is is the written plan for how you are going to help the patient ... we just make it more complicated sounding than it needs to be.
+J Wilford I'm sorry to hear that .... think of a care plan like an outline of what the team says should happen with the patient ... try watching more videos or reading with that in mind.
