As a giants fan, was rooting for the Royals the whole time throughout the playoffs in 2015.
As a Royals fan, as much as it hurt losing to Bumgarner the year before, I have nothing but respect for the Giants. Iron sharpens iron as they say! Hopefully, we meet again this year.

The 2015 Royals team was far better than the 2014 team. The 2014 team just rode a hot-streak and almost got them a WS. The 2015 team had better starting pitching and the offense was more complete. I'm with you on how the 2014 Royals success felt though. We almost came to expect what happened in 2015, but 2014 was just surreal.
