Def prefer the metal head with high pressure and heat retention

Id prefer a hand held cause when i clean my tub i can just spreay it all around it it will make my life much easier. Ill just get a metel hand held shower head
I'd hoped u removed the pressure regulators bro or just the o ring if it's difficult to remove use a drill and screw in a screw into it
For more pressure, you can certainly remove the flow regulators from the female connection of the shower heads

I think mine is plastic not lot of water comes out from it,i think i definitely need metal one
Usually that doesn't matter, they all have little water restrictors in them. Once removed you'll be amazed. Best one is at home Depot and Walmart for 5-6$ it's gray and chrome. Same head at both stores just different packaging. Once the restrictor is removed it's like a fire hose lol

What’s the length of the shower arm..the width of my shower is less compared to the length. I have to put the shower width wise. What size shower arm would you recommend? Thanks!

Shower heads will never last a lifetime unless they come with a guy that cleans them every month 😂
Cleaning them would definitely make them last longer!
