I’m surprised no one seems to be talking about the Starspeeder 3000 being visible on the launchpad when you fly back into Batuu on Smuggler’s Run. First time I rode I noticed it but no one ever believes me. I did the ride two more times and watched a video. It’s there lol

I hope that they update Galaxy's Edge after each main Star Wars movie comes out (the Episodes). It would become dated if it still took place between Episode 8 and 9 if Disney plans to keep making Star Wars movies forever. For instance, it would be cool if they changed the park based on the state of the galaxy at the end of Episode 9. It makes more sense than updating Star Tours to base on the PREQUELS OF ALL THINGS, THE PAST STATE OF THE GALAXY.

The arc of the covenant was not from Great Movie Ride. It was built by a private studio. There were two built, actually by my set design teacher. It was a cool build that I got to witness.
Actually, C3PO got his gold arm back at the end of The Force Awakens.

In Smuggler’s run, on the side of the tv that plays the video where Hondo explains the mission and the purpose the gunner, pilot, and engineer does, there’s a hidden Mickey. And one of the asteroids make up a hidden as well during the ride

i found one hidden mickey in smugglers run when i visited Baatu. right before you enter the cockpit, on the left of the box that the screen is in where your roles on the ship are described, three bolts make the face of a mickey. they are pretty big and easy to spot.

There's a hidden Mickey on the TV where Hondo gives you details about your mission before you step into the cock pit of the Millennium Falcon! Its on the left hand side made of metal nobs.
Good video. Adam the Woo also said that Galaxy's Edge feels like you are NOT in a Disney park. This confirms my belief that a Star Wars theme park should be separate and independent from the Disney parks. Star Wars DOES NOT BELONG in any Disney theme park. You can't just buy something and call it your own creation. That said, I like all the easter eggs.

Boba Fett was a clone from Jango Fett who Jango took as his own son and asked the kaminoians to not give him age accelerate so he could raise him. He just where the armor because his father was a Mandalorian want to be who stole a set af gear. He was not a Mandalorian.

I can regrettably saw that neither arms are from gmr. I live in the area and one of my teachers is friends with a man who makes stuff for the parks on occasion.(he made the old napkins and plates at the checkout of the oh world of Disney). He made the one for California and is currently working on the one for Hollywood studios. The one from gmr is probably in imagineering if I were to guess.

The Ark being in the shop is probably a reference to in Raiders of the Lost arc there are hieroglyphics or R2-D2 and C3PO in the Arc chamber

Hi, Offhand Disney! I love your videos and to watch them with a dream of becoming a Disneyland imagineer for a job in my entire adult life in the coming future. In this comment would like to mention something in this one video here. at one point you point out that on the trash cans in Galaxy's Edge, they read the serial number of the trash compactor in "a new hope." I noticed that if that serial number was on the death star trash compactor, then why is it on the planet Batuu, on all of the trash cans?? just something that i noticed in great curiosity and thought would be fun to theorize on. I think the first order is now taking on planetary cleanliness, spreading their trash cans all across the galaxy. :)

Jango Fett was a Mandalorian as well. He was a Farm Boy on his home world of Concord Dawn, until his family was visited by Mandalorian Leader Jaster Mereel, but Tor Vizsla the Leader & Founder the Mandalorian Death Watch who we’re ex-Mandalorians who were returning to the ways of their Ancestors during the Old Republic. Tor took Jango’s family hostage trying to get Jaster out from hiding. Jango’s mother blasted a few soldiers while his father told him to run. He ran into the fields but heard two shots from the distance. Jaster brought Jango into the Mandalorians. Jango became leader after Jaster was killed by Vizsla but his troops were betrayed to the Jedi & were massacred Count Dooku was one of the few who witnessed it. Jango was sold into slavery, & eventually escaped, and fought Vizsla to the death Vizsla injected him with a small toxin but Jango sliced him open with his blade in his gauntlet the scent from the blood caught the attention of some Dire Cats and attack Vizsla. Jango passed out the Dire Cats let him live because of the Toxin. After the Jaster & his Parents life’s were avenged Jango went to work as a Bounty Hunter for A Toydarian called Rozatta owner of the Outland Station where it was a hide out for the Galaxy’s wretched scum & villainy comes for refuge from the Republic. When Dooku became Darth Sidious new Apprentice durning the aftermath of the Battle of Naboo, A Mysterious & Deadly Cult known as the Bando Gora crippled the Galaxy’s powerful industries, their leader’s was a fallen Jedi called Komari Vosa who was one of Dooku’s Students was recruiting by distributing Death Sticks with the Bando Gora’s Mind-Altering Toxin that would make the user transform into one of them with black mottled skin, glowing red or blue eyes, decreasing their intelligence, & increasing their brute strength. Vosa’s contacts were Gardulla the Hutt for transporting new devoted transformed recruits back to her system to send the Toxin to Malastare to Dug King Sebolto to add it into his death sticks in his factory beneath his palace, have then transported them to his distributors on Courascant to A Nerf packing plant in the industrial sector, run by a guy called Groff Haug while being protected by Senator Trell of Ryloth. Jango & his competitor who was once his old Mandalorian ally Montross. When they were hired by Dooku to track her down for 5 Million Republic Credits. Jango decided to bring Sebolto a Gift for a bounty on one of his Smugglers Bendix Fust who was doing time on Oovo IV the Republic’s Maximum Security Asteroid Prison. That’s when he met Zam Wesell his partner who he shot that Toxic Dart in Episode 2, she tried to hijack Fett’s Ship that belonged to his mentor but it was destroyed. It’s how he acquired his Ship, Slave I. He destroyed the other 5 prototypes for the Prison. Montross followed him to Malastare. Zam blasted at his Skiff but he survived and had listening device put on his ship. Once Jango found the location of Vosa’s System. Montross headed to the Outland Station & tortured her for the location then set Thermal Charges around the Station to destroy it. Rozatta made a recording of the info she learned before Montross arrived to guide Jango. She wanted Jango to find something to live for besides the money that he deserves more. She died after she said she’d see Jango on the other side. Then Jango & Montross had a fight to the death but Jango came out the winner, Montross demanded a glorious death, but Jango left him as he headed for Vosa’s Castle, while the Bando Gora soldiers arrived they held Montross down as they began to tear him apart his competitor, screamed “FETT!, DAMN YOU! FINISH ME!”. He left Montross to die the same way he left Jaster at Vizsla’s hand, Jango was captured for interrogation by Vosa, Zam freed him as she was wounded Jango went to finish the Job. Jango took Komari Vosa down but then she sensed her Master’s presence it was Dooku who’d finished her with Force Choke, that’s when Jango Fett was hired to be the Clone Army Host on Kamino.
At 4:12 upper left part of the screen the mask at the top closest to the mando helmet is a Sith Warrior Mask from SWTOR the MMO from EA.

Another link to the Arc of the Covenant being in a Star Wars thing you didn't mention is that in the scene where Indy retrieves the Arc, some of the hieroglyphs in the buried room they are in are of C3PO and R2D2. Can be seen pretty prominently in the movie.

In the star wars universe the arc of the covenant is a twi'lek artifact. It can be seen in an episode of the clone wars and some other places too. It might have been on Han's ship in episode 7 behind a locked door. Check it out online or something as it's a fun Easter egg in Star Wars.
Canon Boba is a Mandalorian, in Legends canon the Mandalorian status was always debated because it was unclear if a clone of Mandalorian could be a true Mandalorian, Jango was full Mandalorian.
Don't know if anyone has mentioned it, but there were two Ark of the Covenants in the Great Movie Ride. One in the queue behind a glass case and one in the attraction itself. I'm guessing one of those is now in the Disneyland Galaxy's Edge and one will be in the Hollywood Studios Galaxy's Edge. Anyone's guess right now which particular Ark is in which park.
