My favorite Coach K story is when he called time out in Blacksburg when VT was beating Duke a few years ago and for three minutes he whined to the refs about how his players were being abused by their calls. Never spoke to his team at all during the time out. Not a word.
Had he injured anyone, then stupid would have kicked in! But Coach K is an Army man and bleeds it, so the tactic shouldn't really surprise! Plus, I've never known Coach K to not be serious when it comes to anything Duke! He takes his coaching as seriously as he does his Army background
