Carwash is definitely liable. There are sensors that are supposed to prevent that and stop the track when a vehicle doesn't move. Something must have been faulty on the track.
There's also surely a working mandatory "Big Red Button" emergency stop at both ends of the conveyor line.........
I think the problem was that the car that stopped moving was already clear of the car wash itself, but the cars inside were almost nose to tail through the car wash itself. I agree, that the car wash is 100% liable. Cars should not be that close together incase their is a problem…. I do not think we have that type of car wash in Australia, the ones I have been in, we drive in one car at a time for a wash, and the machinery moves backwards and forwards around the car, once we are in the wash area, we sit still till it is finished.
Yeah ,the employee was faulty for not shutting it down manually
I agree 👍
@@grimreaper4801 No, can’t do anything of your car dies on you in the certain situation. They are supposed to be watching for any mistakes that could cause these to stop, and by not doing so they are completely liable.
6:50 For a moment I actually thought the driver died instead of the car.
Same 😑 would have been a better story
DIED SUDDENLY
He said it like the driver died I was confused for a minute
Same here🤣
I had to rewind to realize it was the car that died 🤣
"Thank goodness that Tahoe made it to that red light 5 seconds sooner" Every damn time they rush just to get stuck at a red light 😂😂😂
Sue the car wash for not having appropriate safety procedures, then use their camera footage to try to find the other driver too.
6:50 Car Wash is responsible. If there's a car stalled at the Car Wash, you don't let cars continue to go through and get damaged. You shut it down. They want you to figure it out? Easy: sue them for damages. Because it's on the employees keeping the car wash active when a car couldn't get clear.
Glad someone else pointed this out. The fact it's one of those car washes that automatically push your vehicle forward means you have absolutely no way to stop yourself or avoid a collision in a situation like that - which means yeah, the car wash is ultimately responsible for the safety of everyone using their service, and should have a person paying attention and able to hit the STOP button at a moment's notice ... which they clearly failed to do. Definitely a lawsuit if I were one of the poor people involved.
My dad just bought a dashcam for my mom’s car. My dad said it was a “little gift” but I was so grateful because of how many accidents there are on highway 75, the route my mom takes home from work. Dallas is notorious for accidents and I told him about this channel and how great it was that he bought it. Hope my mom never meets an accident though
@7:48 - this is why I try to avoid pulling up all the way at the turn lanes. Large semi trucks and drivers who are atrocious at making wide turns.
Pull up all the way when you know a truck is going to turn is stupid, people need to give trucks the right of way. So stuff like this don’t happen
For those of you who continue on after the crash, PLEASE call the police when you safely can to say you were a witness and to offer dash cam footage if they want or need it.
And that’s a pony. I always keep a bucket and some sort of dry animal food in my car along with a halter and a rope. I own horses and live in an area where almost everyone has livestock. Horses and most other livestock are all food motivated. If they think you have food in a bucket, they’ll generally follow you anywhere which is what I told a state trooper after I watched him chasing a horse around on the highway trying to get it back home after it ran out an accidentally left open gate a few miles from my house. He saw me stop and looked relieved when I added some dry cat food to my bucket and shook it. The horse heard me and trotted across the Highway and followed me back into the pasture it came from about the same time the owner came out when he saw the blue lights.
The horse and the trooper were both muddy but fine. He parked sideways across the road to stop traffic.
My kids and I absolutely love sitting down and watching these videos every week... It's our thing!!
That’s concerning and also cute

@ghostwhite1648 Exactly my son's are 12 and 14 and I wanted to teach them early to always drive safely and be attentive about EVERYTHING around you....
At least in my region if anyone saw someone driving on the sidewalk to skip traffic all cars would cinch up to prevent them from getting back on the road. Everyone hates waiting in traffic, everyone hates people who bypass traffic more. I was stuck in traffic a few years ago and watched a guy drive on the shoulder of the highway and then get trapped there by literally every passing car until I couldn't see them anymore. Easily 10 minutes.
@@LIL_C_from_LRL he said region
3:37 He was above the 5mph speed limit? Wow I'll bet that's the first time this ever happened there ...
lol Visitors usually have to pay for entry to RV parks, so that's probably what actually caught the guy's attention
1:46 This is the SECOND time that one of these clips was taken in my hometown. It feels super cool and weird at the same time to see streets I drive everyday on youtube
yeah mine was in here too, was weird but cool
To the leaf owner. You have significant frame damage. Get it inspected NOW. I'm working on a 2021 explorer and it was a minor bump just like that and both frame rails are folded over and are getting replaced. Bumper only had some cracked paint and the lower texted bumper had a small hole.
#4 reminded me of the time I was heading to the gym after work and reached a major intersection just moments after an accident occurred. I stopped at the red light about 50 feet past the accident site and a few moments later was slammed into the back of the car in front of me by someone who was too busy staring at the 1st accident to see what was literally right in front of them. I was in the family car, and it went from 4-door sedan into 2-door coupe in about 1-1/2 seconds thanks the the guy who hit me. First responders for the 1st accident literally couldn't tell which one they'd been called for.
It's a Shetland pony and it was trotting....And adorable!!
Just this past Monday my daughter and I were on our way to the grocery store when we saw a goat on the side of the road wearing a collar and leash. I wasn’t sure if I should have been more worried about the lost goat or the lost owner😂.
1:00 Bruh how did they not see each other😂😂😂
5:49 nice editing 😄
That pickup sliding scared me so bad 😢
It got me as well we both didn't expect it
#6 The drivers should collaborate and sue the car wash.
my wife was driving her convertible with the top down and she came to a red light and stopped and then a duck flew and landed in the car with her . the duck would not leave so she drove a few blocks and pulled over to shoo it away lol . thats the wierdest animal story i have .
6:25 Seems that there should be a kill button on the car wash and one of the employees should have pushed it as soon as the car in the lead "failed to proceed.?
The guy said the car wash employees were unhelpful which leads me to believe they weren't even putting attention
@@ramos6021 His lawyer will get their attention.

Ok that carwash one absolutely caught me off guard!
Years ago, towing a RV on vacation from Michigan to Bar Harbor Maine I had to stop on a road for a Moose that stood taller than my extended cab Ford F150. The first in person Moose I’d ever seen. I learned that day that my Moose knowledge was severely lacking. I knew they were big, but I didn’t think like bigger than a pickup truck big. Wow.
Glad to be able to contribute, love your videos
Driving to work one morning, came up behind 2 horses casually walking down both lanes of the rural 2 lane road. There was no way for them to get off the road because of the hill on one side, and a fence on the other. after about a 100 yards, there was a opening in the fence to an open field. Luckily both horses decided to go into the field. when I got to work, I told my animal rescue friend about it, and they made some calls and the horses owners were contacted and were able to safely retrieve them.
Pretty much a typical commute in the countryside.
2:20NO WAY THATS SO CLOSE TO MY HOUSE!
8:17 And that's what LEOs and us towing and recovery types are referring to when we talk about secondary and tertiary collisions. Wrecks that occur as byproducts of another wreck, usually involving some form of distraction (a la rubbernecking)
#11 - how does an uninvolved 3rd party know both vehicles got totaled?
Phone call?
Check of records held by DMV?
Friend in the Police/tow truck/insurance industry?
@@JohnSmith-yv6eq you can check DMV records without a VIN? They know who each driver's insurance providers are and just so happen to have friends working at both?

I like the editing on this video! Idk if it’s a new style but I’m a big fan of it! Also love the channel! Make sure to be safe out there!
Getting a trailer tag number isn’t going to net the guilty truck driver
He could be dropping off and picking up another one

#9 Here. Thanks for featuring my clip! Definitely gave me a good scare 😂
A few years back, I was driving late at night on I90 and there was this huge owl just standing in the middle of the road, right on the yellow line between lanes. I swear it looked like it was about 3 ft tall! I was glad I didn't run it over, but it sure freaked me out. I thought it was a sign that I won't make it to my destination lol.
THE TESLA SPINNING IS THE COOLEST THING IVE EVER SEEN A TESLA DO LMAOOO
Wham Bam security cam! I love it! Bro you're building an empire and you deserve it your channels are great!
An emu from a local zoo used to escape and come eat the cattle feed in the pasture. I was driving past to get to an AM transmitter on the other side of the pasture. After dark, and after eating his fill, he'd be attracted to the transmitter building lighting. Odd coming out of a transmitter building at 2:00 AM to encounter a bird taller than me.
The best way to avoid getting distracted by an accident, and causing another one, is to watch the Wham Baam channels. Get your fill in the safety and comfort of your own home.
The strangest animal I saw was a large monitor lizard. It had caused a small traffic jam on a 1 lane road. Being local to the area (which is a tourist hotspot), I was used to monitors (but not on the road!). I passed through the stopped traffic on my motorcycle and managed to drive it away, freeing the road.
I bet the monitor lizard was a friendly one
Hey I love these videos they always make my day better
Matthew you should sue the carwash company for negligence an attendant should have seen the first car stopped at the entrance and since other vehicles were on the belt or whatever pushing them along had no choice but to slam into each other
I never knew about the security cam channel! I’m subscribing to it so I’m subscribed to every Wham Baam channel.
My sister was with a friend in a small, 2 door coupe, and neither of them were paying attention . They ran a red light and got T-boned by a work van doing 50mph. Their car flipped several times but miracously my sisters friend walked away without any injury or pain but my sister was trapped upside down inside the car for almost an hour until fire fighters were able to cut the car apart enough to get her free due to her side being hit and mangled. My sister was able to call my parents while trapped in the car still, and it brings tears to my eyes even now remembering her screaming for my mom on the phone hysterically and saying she couldn't move her legs or feel them. One of the few times in my life I dropped to my knees and prayed, wasn't religious. She had a fractured pelvis but was otherwise okay. In school becoming a doctor right now. 💕
9:50 Thought I recognized Lehigh
7:29 that's a Nissan Micra
nah its a 2017 mirage i think if it isnt from 2017 it is from at least 2020
That's a nice little trotter.
Out east of Sparks where Gigafactory Nevada is, there's a number of wild horses out on the plateau.
10:27
Once I was going with my dad in the highway and we saw a little turtle in the side of the road we pulled over went back and helped the little guy to get to the river that was there, hope he is doing good
Great videos I love them and I learned a lot of what to do in a emergency situation hope this and the Tesla dashcam grows a lot!
Still crying over the “TESLA MAN CANT DRIVE” I’m literally on my knees😭😭
Car wash should be held accountable. They have systems to detect when cars have stopped moving and if cars still hit, then something majorly wrong has gone wrong with the car wash's systems. Furthermore, I've seen a lot of signs at car washes that say something along the lines of "if something goes wrong, beep and hold your horn" which is most likely what everyone did in the video anyway.
I like binge watching these videos
4:50 reminds me during my driving test a guy was driving the wrong way on a roundabout and nearly hit our Chevy impala testing vehicle, if it wasnt for the fact the roundabout was wide enough for 2 lanes of flow, he would have to back up, and I laid on the horn, only to find out it was broken, along with many of the other parts the vehicle had, it looked identical to the one in the video, except it was navy blue-black and had no text, aside from some magnet student driver stickers
One time, I was stopped at a red light and a raccoon jumped through my sunroof, scratched the HELL out of me as it jumped back out of my drivers window, I pulled into a gas station to get some paper towels and stuff because I was bleeding and the driver behind me told me he jumped from the hood of there truck onto the trunk of my car and into my sunroof, and get this, the man in the truck was a doctor and had everything in a first aid kit in his glove box and fixed up my wound right then and there! Thankfully I didn’t need stitches but I got a scar!
Strangest animal I've seen on the loose while driving has got to be an albino turkey. I passed it on the side of the road late at night and was really confused, mentioned it to my boss the next day and he said he saw it too
Just gotta say good vids keep it up!
I feel like folks with dashcams should be able to report videos like #12 and get some sort or reward and the Tahoe driver get a small infraction.
1:04 - No safe place to stop? Gimme a break.
Craziest animal I've seen while driving was a bobcat...in Ohio. They are very rare here, less then 200 sightings of them in like 40 years.
5:34 what kinda plastic junk 3500 gets totaled from that
at this point, you should just merge all of your channels into one. wham baam crazycam or something 🤣
yo this the best dashcam channel on youtube🤩they explain everything very well😛
They’ve been creating so many camera channels. I wouldn’t be surprised if the next wham baam would be called, wham baam bedroom cam.
The strangest animal I’ve seen loose while driving is my neighbor. She sure is loose and drives me nuts!
As a former trucker, the trailer tag isn't the trucks tag. The tag of the semi is under the trailer on the rear wheels of the semi. Get that tag because trailers do get swapped out.
The wildest animal I've seen running around was a camel. I'm in New England. I was a young kind and was laughing my ass off.
one involving the car wash, the carwash is liable for the damage due to negligence on stopping the machines in the time it took 5 cars to pile up.
The Big Red Buttons of the emergency stop system were not working/had not been polished/had been disabled/had not been pointed out to employees/too dumb.
I’ve had an experience of a wham beam dash am moment but didn’t have a dash cam
6:24 that’s a cobblestone car wash. We went to one yesterday and were talking about how close they send all the cars in. And how there surprisingly hasn’t been any damage done.
I used to live in the area where clip #15 took place and unfortunately that particular intersection is almost always like that during times high traffic.
Your narration is clear and consice your a natural at this medium
I love the angle change during the Tesla Behaving Badly jingle.
I like how you number each new one. Thank You
Worst part is the student driver probably failed that test, since they almost got in an accident.
Keep it up wham bam you make great vids ❤
Once while driving in Gatlinburg Tennessee I saw a gigantic black bear cross the street in the middle of the downtown area.
#5 is one reason I always stop a little bit back from the stop line. You should give the truckers move room to make their turns safely. It's better to allow extra room rather than stop on top of the stop line. The trucker committed a misdemeanor hit and run which could cost the trucker his or her job.
You're supposed to stop at the stop line. Not before, not after. That's what it's there for.
@@jreagins1 I always stop a little bit back from the line to allow for extra room for the truckers. You never know if they're new to the area and some may misjudge the turn. If this happens then they would less likely accidently clip the front end of your vehicle. However the truck driver committed a hit and run which is a misdemeanor which could cost the truck driver their job. Next time you're out driving try stopping a little bit back from the line if you're in the left turn lane. Believe me you'll thank me for the advice.
I just witnessed a blue Honda almost git hit by a red pick up truck in my front yard I'm shocked
8:18 Never believed I'd see a place so familiar on Wham Baam. I go through that intersection almost daily
"I'm not an equatorial" 🤣🤣🤣 I'm not sure the horse is either
@6:30 #8 actually the car wash liability insurance is responsible for the damages for failing to shut down the car wash after the 1st car stalls, they are responsible for all the damages done while inside
One time I was in the car with my mom and we saw a horse a dog and a cat running behind each other and it was her first day in our town😂
#20 God protected everyone..
#16 The Tesla driving skills was on point. To skid over and correct without contacting another vehicle and be able to take control, get out of oncoming traffic safely was absolutely amazing.
Since we got "Honda Bumps" and "Tesla behaving badly" Maybe consider adding another category like "Mad Skills" or "Driver of the Day"
Idk I'm stupid
7:29 wow that is probably the best dashcam footage ive seen, anybody knows which dashcam it might be?
I’d try talking to the car wash manager and see if their insurance will cover any damages, and if not threaten to get an attorney involved AND contact your insurance as they’ll likely fight the car wash for you
What dash cam is Christopher using? That quality is the best one I've seen from a dash cam ever
Bruh goofy ahh silverado
My brother had the same situation with Mike's car wash. Mike's car wash took care of the situation. My brother had no damage so they offered him 4 free car washes. So yes the car wash is liable. They are required to carry business insurance for this reason.
When you were talking about the carwash pileup and mentioned how "the vehicle at the front of the stack had died" I misheard it as "the driver at the front of the stack had died" and I was wondering why you were do nonchalant about it.
I'm convinced the next channel is gonna be wham baam ring doorbell cam
I have seen an Ostridge running across the road. It happened on Lookout Mountain Tennessee and was an escape from a rescue ranch.
Love your videos
Gotta love some instant justice LOVE IT
We have seen bears cross the road.
#5 Given how fast the semi was going I would have been frantically trying to back up to avoid getting hit as iit went around the corner.
The pass you from the right turn lane at a stoplight is a Milwaukee invention!!! When there watch for the “right turners”…
Well, dang. This is how hurtful crashes can be.
6:50 Apparently I had too many drinks... I thought he said the guy in the first car at the carwash died 🤣
2:40 Owen is thankful for Anti-Lock Brake technology even though he never needed to steer in any direction. Interesting statement 😅
