Several year old episode. The t70r wheels they used are now discontinued, and probably worth more than the rest of that car. I tried to find some a few weeks ago, they were $500 each, but not available.
I've seen similar condition cars on eBay for around $10,000, it's crazy how much these have gone up

These guys completely wrote the book on making a promise and then breaking it and alienating almost their entire fan base without an explanation or apology. They may have addressed it by now but haven't really seen it

they shouldnt touch the exterior when it gets fixed up, let the body panels tell the story themselves.
It has been restored. But not a complete resto. David didn't paint it, He took to A shop they replaced the floor pans and repaired all the rust. Then they blended in the repairs to the old paint. He has replaced all of the suspension with some pretty trick components. Lucky Costa put in a Vintage Air conditioning system and he has it a stereo shop getting a system installed. Then he has a brand new Factory replacement interior to go in it after the car is totally rewired front to back. He also Put a 6 speed Manual Transmission in it.
He run it at the Zip tie Drags and I think it ran in the 12"s.This car now is Badass

One of my favorite episodes and one of my favorite Roadkill cars. Definitely my favorite comment on a car is when you guys claim that the distributor is supposed to be on the wrong end of an engine. Brilliant!

I rebuilt a 69 Mach 1 that was worse than that one years ago. There was a lot less whining. :P
I had to sell it, but I would give a lot to have another one.

Getting saved from the junk yard was a blessing but the floor and undercarriage have to be fixed before she disintegrates. Really hope you fulfill your words of actually fixing her up. Such a nice car, don't let her go to waste for some internet points

I might be resurrecting my uncles mustang from high school it’s a 67 or 68 fastback it’s been sitting with no motor for years and Me and my cousin are gonna get the go ahead to put it back together and drive it a little bit hoping to get it driving by December
So disgusting it could’ve been left there but thank god they kept it
I signed up to motor trend on demand with a privacy card for 2 months and I only watched like 2 episodes then lost interest. I don't know exactly why but the show was much better being on CZcams.
