Why do I watch your videos...? I do have a preference for the food and travel videos I have to admit. I also have a regular favorites just like everyone else... they are on my feed

When i watch top chef there are contestants who cook gnocchi it seems its so hard to cook. But as i watch ur episode it lòoks so simple. I did tried gnocchi few times, simple dish but i like the texture.
The tool you guys called a "masher" is called a "potato ricer". That's what my instructors in culinary school called it. 😊

You can also. Make it green by using spinach and orange using pumpkin or carrots😊. healthy food

I love gnocchi, but usually make mine with ricotta instead of potatoes. I also prefer them cooked in butter with sage and bits of pancetta.
