I’m most definitely *pissed* that Halq’s gone, because it being Banned, and Water Enchantress being Limited were the last moves Komoney needed to make to send the crowd racing to buy Branded cards. Fusion Destiny’s Limit, IO/V of E’s/VFD’s Ban, Halq’s Ban, Water Enchantress’s Limit, Longyuan’s Semi-Limit… Every single change increased the relative strength of Branded-D, by either eliminating outright, or drastically weakening every deck that could contend with Branded-D *consistently* I *far* preferred running into SS-Tenyi, “Pure” SS w/ DPE, Adventure Tenyi, Adventure Prank, *and* Branded-D or Despia-Darklords, to what we have now. Branded-D, Branded-Tribrigade, Zeus Turbo, Sky Strikers (More of that one every day), and the things that were played, but are now played a fuckton more due to Branded-D’s dominance. Inspector Boarder Stun, Adventure-Eldlich-Floodgate, Umi Control, even more Floo…. It’s not just running into Branded-D literally every other duel most days. You just don’t see anything like the variety there was prior to Komoney artificially enforcing this Branded Meta. *Sure* they Banned Halq “Due to widespread player complaints.” If player complaints are capable of moving them, why are Scythe and Barrier Statue Wind not Banned?

Given the present dominance of Branded-D, how is Konami going to “encourage” a very large number of players who are for the most part determined to play what wins, to buy a ton of Tearlaments cards en masse? Those Tearlaments won’t sell well if Branded-D can consistently win against the archetype, so….? Konami went a *very* long way to kill off Branded-D’s competition. It’s going to be epic, when the flatly unfair, totally BS hits are made, then made a little more, until Branded-D can only win against Tear about as often as SS wins against Branded-D now.
@@shawnpanzegraf5642 fair! tbh branded is a good deck, its combo is not long and doesn’t have any negate. Its a relatively fair deck compare to other. However konami went out of their way to limit all deck to oblivion to the point where branded is literally everywhere. Playing against the same deck again and again is pretty annoying
Probably around mid platinum, but I’ve played it in Diamond before and it feels fine. There’s a lot of redundancy in the deck. I found myself frequently saying “All I need is any crusadia monster and we win.” That said, it’s heavily reliant on the normal summon and decks like Floo and eldlich are really rough. But I think blind second decks in master duel are great because you get to go second like 80% of the time.
Crusadia kaiju is a good deck to run small world in if you add more kaijus cause most crusadia monsters let you bridge into kaijus and vice versa for those unoptimal hands.
@@iremiagaming yeah its not perfect but having played a lot of crusadia I know how bad it feels to not have enough summons to get to eqimax or avarmax. But other options would be playing some Pot cards or Tactics since on masterduel everybody has Maxx C and Ash.
I don't really like Nibiru in this deck, Equimax doesn't gain any attack from the token so most of the time I feel another kaiju is better, also with branded being the new thing they hardly meet the 5 required summons so there's that as well, Nibiru will ruin your day if they have it though, I even started playing prohibition in the link festival just because of how prevalent that card was Lol.
Nib is one of those cards that rotate based on the current meta, and you are definitely right that it is relatively bad right now, and if real card game is anything to go by, it will stay that way for a couple of future formats
Mekk Knights are pretty fun and give the deck an actual first turn. I prefer playing it with kaijus because breaking boards is fun. I might work on a mekk knight deck eventually, but I have a lot of videos in the queue right now.
people still using the fan translation of halqifibrax baffles me lol, might as well call sky striker brandish maiden and fallen of albaz nullius filius of albus lol
@@IMakeInternetToughGuysCry Adventure engine is good in pretty much everything, haven't tried it with Crusadia though. I personally love this build because it's really focused on breaking boards and OTKing, and I think it's just a fun way to play.

That's a really good point. I don't like losing the card in hand just to search, but it is a good option.

How do you guys feel while playing with a deck with 0 fun but tribute summon kaiju summon crusadia with 8000+ attack and win the duel just like that
