I don't think this scooter is ever going to deliver even a single vehicle, it's a hoax
Simple has a lot of work pending in their product
As per the first ride report from most youtubers and Automagazines
1) has panel gaps and improper fit and finish
2)Dash board UI is not yet ready
3)Paint quality is not up to the mark
4)Under hard braking the chassis used to flex this is a serious issue
5)They didn't even let anyone who test rode the scooter in water even on a small patch of water
Simple energy promised that they will resolve the issues in production and the current one are all pre production prototype
If they have done the validation properly definitely they would have resolved in the beginning stage itself
These people's also rushing like what ola has done for their s1 scooter and another problem is the lack of cornering clearance which they cant if i am right as it requires series change in their floor mounted battery pack design

Mileage is more important as ola failed due to its hyping up mileage. Though battery is slightly bigger but so is claim. Also what will be price post first batch sales ? Will there be any hikes like ola ?

Dear Pradeep.. The emphasis in the EVs is how eco friendly and sustainable they are when compared to fossil fuel vehicles. I don't understand why you are pressing hard on speed thing.
Point to be noted here is that the manufacturers claimed a range of 236 kms per charge in appropriate ride mode..
Later the manufacturers themselves reduced the range to 203 to 208 kms stating the on road conditions.
And now.. Am sorry to say this but you are simply checking the speed and seem to happy that the top speed is also reduced from 103 to 88.
Please I advise you to not worry about the speed of the bike. It's not built for speed. There are other fossil fuel bikes for speed (ex: interceptor). Please show us by ground truthing, how long the battery lasts per charge vis a vis the max range in kms per charge.
Other than this I personally admit that Simple one is simply marvellous when it comes to looks and features. Your narration and the way you are explaining the details is also very informative and precise. Hope you noted my comment and pls acknowledge the same.
Also once we fully charge the battery, what's the maximum days the battery can withhold and retain the charge and will it still deliver full range of 303kms or whatever claimed? Or does it just go "tuss" like how you and that Ambur doctor experienced in OLA. Becoz if at start the range shows 303 and after going 50kms into nice road and it suddenly shows 5kms remaining which also drastically drops to Zero in few meters, then there's no better horror show than that.
These are the most challenging questions public wanna know.
As far as I see the Simple one seems to be a promising bike. But it's advisable to wait till it's really really put to test by various scenarios in public life.

Even if it is not build for speed. Knowing the top speed and pushing it to the limit is very important. CZcams Videos like this helps a lot on decision making.
When running in highway or incline and you wanna overtake the Vehicle infront of you. Knowing its acceleration, top speed and limits of every mode is very crucial thing.

That is not ground clear that is cornering clearance. the ground clearance is adequate but the cornering clearance might require some work.

The belt drive has no protective covering. In rain or muddy water, the belt is exposed naked mud or dirt which will damage the belt drive over time. No side mirrors.

Is this speedometer same as ola (which shows a few kmph ahead of normal) or is it genuinely the normal like?
FYI not only ola almost every vehicle sold indiacates atleast 5-7kms more than the actual speed

Sir please tell is there any high frequency sound or noise coming out of the scooter or motor. Because i heard that sound in one of the reviews and it was so irritating in video god knows how irritating it'll be in person. Please do tell because that 10min review video which had thatb peeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee sound just gave me a headache. Amd im dead Serious.
I test rided it. There's very less belt noise. Not horrible...

@@shantanupawar3609 whenever you hear the noise, one way to deal with that is to turn the scooter off, if you still hear the noise take the secondary battery off. If you still hear the noise take 10 guys with hockey sticks and beat the scooter. If you still hear the noise take it near a ocean and drown it. If you still hear the noise you need to consult a psychologist

Broo go and check A you tube channel called , Dinos Vault ,, bro im serious the transmission may be quite but the motor produces some irritating sound atleast i find it irritating. Please do check i used earphones as well to see if my speakers are in fault or not. But it just got worse my head states paining and i looked each and every single fucking video on CZcamsrs just to confirm that it may be the mic issue but i find that sound everywhere its just like that feeling od scratching a study board with nails. 😭
