Btw im not sure if you know, but there isnt a new motor yet. The starting lot of gen 2 just has the gen 1 motor and controller with increased power limits. They said new motors would come after q4, i bought mine in jan 2024 bu still has the old motor
@@AgastyaXV no bro the motor is new but the MCU is not integrated with the motor till now. If u check the RC or insurance paper u can see it is 11kw not 8.5kw. which means it is new motor

It's big improvement for that it didn't have thermal shutdown. But the initial few kms doesn't really stressed the battery & motor its on the highway that the actual continuous stress begin. But still a big improvement that it didn't go into Eco mode

I've wrung the throttle on a kratos r one of these days on chennai highway, close to 100kmph highway hypnosis and it lasted me 70 odd kms before throwing me in the eco mode.

I made the below speed test comparison with Ola S1 Pro with other digital and Analog console bikes and shows false speed on ride, like actual bike is on 60 speed but it shows 68 on console.
This is a bluff by Ola and the great blunder of all time.
Most of the bikes have speedo error bro. Even Ather has speedo error too. 90kmph is actually 8kmph in ather

I was disappointed while the Vida V1 Pro bike 3 occupants speeding at 68kmph and I was a solo rider with the same speed on my Console.
I ride from Chikkaballapur to Yelahanka on airport road for about 103 km per day at avg speed of 48.
It's boring while the battery percentage is below 15% & bikes move max at actuals at 36-37 kmph but on console it says 42-43.
57°c for battery is too high. Battery can operate optimumly upto 50°C. Above 50 can degrade the chemical composition
No battery can operate at even higher temp close to 100 degrees too but these are safety measures to prevent thermal runaway. Laptop with slightly similar chemistry can exceed 75 degrees.

Bro do a similar test in ather 450x, highway range test maintaining speed of 70-80.
Would help for ppl looking for commuting on highway as well.
From my experience in wrap mode I got 70-80 kms with speed of 80-90 kmph easily or with eco mode I go 132kms in single charge

Hey pradeep, pls check charging speed and do a longgg trip on ola where we can gauge the network, wait times etc.in Summer it would be scrotchin, currently weather is good too

Just one thing about the video, most of the time it was in Normal mode. When in the highway, it wasn't even in hyper mode for 2 minutes.

Don't know what nonsense you are speaking...Ola S1 pro gen 1 used to overheat only on steep hill climbs only and it would never overheat in any mode in plain surfaces...and overheating issue is gone with the Move Os 4 update... just don't defame gen 1 to just highlight gen 2 performance...give some logical reasoning atleast
Really, I have tried hyper mode many times in our ola s1 pro gen 1 scooter, but with just 1 to 2 kms it heats up changes the mode and shows reduced performance. I didn't notice any changes after os 4 update, but in uphill it's worst it heats up quickly, a lot of uphill roads near my home, I have literally got down and pushed the vehicle in uphill roads because it heats up .
I will check again in uphill roads as you said it doesn't heat up in os4 update and then I will reply.
@@theguy8933 it's been 1.5 years since I have purchased the ola s1 pro gen 1...have travelled steep hill both up and down and never faced any heating issues till date...only time it switches modes is when the battery is too low...

Hii bro , I am Santhosh from banglore, I recently took an Ola S1 pro gen 2 in electronic city showroom on the delivery day its self I was getting noice from my bike , I thought new bike miner noice , it will good , but from day 2 , the noise is more and I facing lots of issues, when I reached Ola showroom their are like take appointment and come for new bike I facing issue from belt drive , front and back break and motor as well , kindly guide me , and help me out bro 🙏 please

Ola ev is biggest scam in india . Taking money and delivery date always cancelled taking 1 month may be year so if they commit delivery date its means they take 1 month or more than 1 month. No one there for maintaining. If have any trouble then its take 2 month to be repaired. Le deke customer ko chutiya bana rahe.
