When the comperition starts all drivers have agreed to start rolling till they reach at a specific speed ( for example it could be 60 miles per hour or 80 kilometers per hour) and then step on the gas. Unfortunately the guy with the Ferrari wasn't ready for that yet, perhaps he was not used to it yet, perhaps it was brand new to him... I am not sure about that but for sure the car is better with another driver behind the steering wheel.

The Ferrari F12 Novitec N-Largo is a real "Screaming Banshee". I like the fact that the decibels are higher but I am not sure I prefer the more raspy sounding exhaust note to the more refined sounding exhaust note of the stock F12.
Some car modification company just came out with an all carbon fiber F12. One can just imagine what the performance of the N-Largo would be if it was all carbon fiber and lighter.
It actually looks like that souped up Mercedes CLS 63 AMG beat the N-Largo, yet its not too much of a surprise, since that CLS has 850 hp compared to 781 hp of the N-Largo. Which is why drag races should be between cars which have the same horsepower or at least the same power to weight ratio. Otherwise it is a no brainer which car will win.
A little interesting fact - The drag times on a cold day will always be slower than on a hot day, since the air is dense on a cold day and therefore provides more air resistance against which the cars have to push.

Good sound, sound a bit like a 599xx. This Ferrari looks good but I'm not sure about the red round the rims. In my opinion I think the Lamborghini Murcielago SV with Reiter Engineering exhaust sounds better.

Because those very expensive cars need fortunes to be repaired if something brakes down so they start ( normally) at some specific speed agreed by the drivers... But on this video the Ferrari driver didn't had the stomach for it... Its sad to see that car driven like a common car in traffic while its on a track...

There are only completly rediculous modified cars at that event. The nlargo is pretty much the only n/a car between all them biturbo amgs and beamers

mrtuning 1972 No man, ofcourse not.. but if u got bad weather for the past 3 years, maybe u should schedule it in a better month? Most of the vehicles cant unleash their full potential, while others benefit from their 4 by 4. Positive and negative effects. I prefer nice dry conditions. :)
