If he got full decat it’s illegal full stop. I got an f12 with n largo kit on and if you got the full decat it’s outrageously loud on cold start and Novitec actually don’t recommend it as you get a fuel smell in the cabin
I once was in Italy and I thought someone started a yacht-motor to test it because the extremely loud sound came from a shipyard but after 30 sec a F12 drove through the gates 😅
