How did you guys make sure the wheels are centered on the screws? Did you just use 3 lock nuts, or did you use a retainer?
To center the screw we use bearing flats on the inner side and motor inserts on the outer side. We use brass inserts for wheels. Check the drivebase explanation video.
Great! What CNC machine you use to for cutting ?
We laser cut some parts and hand cut others, then used sander.

we don't have a machine. either use school workshops or local makerx

how much psi did your climb take? could you do it more than once in a match with a single tank?
In lab environment we could climb 3 times (with fresh rubber bands), lowest psi being abt 65 psi
what do you guys use as far as code, moter encoder odom, PID, Ez template, or are you using your own PID template
We mainly just use PID. The JAR template has a good structure and shows a good way of implementing this in your code.

what's the outer diameter of the custom spacers you guys used for the drivetrain, and is it legal?
we use Off-White Nylon Unthreaded Spacers, 1/4" OD from McMaster-Carr. they are legal
