    If Project Farm tested it and recommend it you can bet it is good. No one on the interweb does anywhere near the testing he does. I now check out his channel before i buy something that im unsure of.

    Can confirm, I did my truck plastic and it’s just starting to look noticeably faded 2 years later, which I think is what the manufacturer claims. Even worked on the rubberized window trims. Parked outside 365, pretty good stuff compared to the other snake oil products on the market.

      @JHorvathCinema Před 10 měsíci +1

      Also, don’t torch your plastics. It will increase the rate of oxidation. I think the ceramic coatings eventually “wet” the oxidation layer making it look black and reducing the rate of further oxidation

    So I just learned this today listening to a old "car talk" podcast. Ray claims that WD-40 is not a true lubricant or rust penetrator, it is a moisture repellant coating that keeps moisture off of metal.

    ThatBlackStuff and ForeverBlack are about equally as good but both are less shiny/gloss than the CeraKote.
    I prefer a more mat black finish so I go with ThatBlackStuff. And ForeverBlack is in between the two for shiny, so maybe ForeverBlack is like a satin and CeraKote is like a gloss/semigloss
    Edit: I forgot, don’t even try the other “TrimRestorers”. I’d stick to one of the 3 mentioned. Pro tip
