    U dont have to use a sealer but u do have to use a primer. U cud get the best of both worlds and use the sealer that is also a primer

    I’ve never done work like that but I’ve seen a few videos and want to eventually on my car and from what I’ve seen you should have the garage door open a bit for ventilation. I think he didn’t because of the dust it could bring in but be safe

    For this grilles do u have to use a sealer primer?

      I did mostly because the red covered the white sealer with less coats and was brighter. I have seen body shops spray the paint on plastic parts without using sealer as well

      Thank you. Materials are not cheap at all especially when used brands such as ppg. I probably used 300 dollars in sprayable material

      Lol yea it’s pretty damn bright. I almost went with that turquoise type color that some of the obs trucks were but maybe on the next one

      Honestly it will probably turn out good man. It all depends what you are going for. A paint match to the body just takes a bit more work

      I painted a plastic grille with flat black from a spray can and after 1 year it is bubbling off the grille. Never stuck well.
