Hey, i personally think you should because it will make you sound clearer, and eliminate some background noise! Although, try not to wear over ear headphones. But i would ask some other people what they think too!

Hey, I think the best thing to do is practice. Ask your family and friends to ask you questions and practice answering them with them. Make sure you also prepare some answers with bullet points so you know what to say.
