I have been using it mostly for fun: Generating concepts as a moldboard tool and just seeing if I can get the visions in my head out in visual form as I’m not great at drawing. It’s been inspiring, and a fun exercise in communication.

Not true, creatives will find a way to use tools in a creative way to forge paths that may not exist just yet. keep going, art background just amplifies how much better you can use these tools to get results beyond what others may get too.

Creativity cannot be replaced by ai. They work on provided data and they enhance. Every individual has a unique though process that's why each artist is unique.
Find your signature. Use software to enhance the visuals - not to replace thought process

Great intro to a new medium I wasn't aware of. I introduced it to my daughter, son-in-law, and grandkids. We created a few together. It was so cool to create a piece of art as a family. I have a feeling I will be subscribing. You're the best, Pratik!

the secret of these ai bllshit is they use python prompts, that's it, and emphasis on what you want with parenthesis.

My tip: don't use for idea generation full quality. Just add --q 0.25 flag - this is the fastest way to generate images. Until you get the prompt you want - use this to not block you and others from getting relaxed generations.

I like the step by step guide you provided for beginners. Excellent vedio. I have seen others' vedios who were trying to explain Midjourney, but failed to explain it to viewers who are beginners. And that was daunting. But, your vedio is excellent! Keep it up for the beginners.

I have just tried it. I would never suspect that generating some random images (just a hint of direction given by me) would be so much fun. I used my 25 free credits in 10 minutes and it sucked me in. The images are totally different from what i am thinking and yet better than what i wanted. Arwen from Lotr as a catgirl in Cyberpunk futuristic style is the love of my life now
Bro there is a trick on CZcams with that trick you can create unlimited images I am using that it is amazing and easy

You can also use your reference image, and instruct it to render it, as your will.

The fact is certain words work well for the AI. They are like levers and buttons. Nobody copyrights a button.
Great introduction into MidJourney! Thank you for taking the time and effort showing every step! Wondering how you achieve bigger resolutions than 16xx pixel width or height or what your special formula for resizing those .jpg files is :)?
Sadly it is quite limited in resolution but I do hear Topaz has an A.I. Upscaler that's really good!
This was my issue as well. Attempting to upgrade the quality to make some posters for my home but 1024x1024 is as large as I have been able to achieve.

Ok so this is the first AI tutorial that I have thoroughly understood, you know why? the way you describe is like transferring data from your mind's ssd to another's.
I want to use it for concept art. Midjourney can make some properly futuristic looking stuff.

Am I the only one that thinks ai art is going to be literally game changing for stock photos in the future? Like for photoshop worldbuilding art this could be incredible
The only big negative with this is for small time artists who achieve a similar standard . AI could potentially make alot of young artists obsolete unless they are top tier artists
I need to make larger pictures, but they seem to scale well.
I made a giant Turtle Robot, looked so cool, then I made another one then looked better.
This is gonna start so many stories just based on the art content....

Yes you can! On my ig at @futurist.ai you can see a story highlight called prompts. In there it'll show how to do it.
i only initially watched your video and now it's been 3 hours since I am creating images.
Imagine in the future . This AI mediating your dreams, and replaying it for another or for record later.
It will come sooner than later
Creative fields will, for lack of better wordl..... -merge. Using A.I. as a tool. As for the rest of the work-world's position's and roles and not excluding all the way up into the
administrative/clerical positions, it could be a bit of a debacle.

After your trial runs out, you must subscribe, or make another account and join with that to continue using it.

If you've already clicked on join beta it should come up. If it hasn't try the midjourney Facebook group to see if they have any clues
After you generate the images, are they yours? Can you sell them?
Thanks for video. I have connected discord and mid journey and joined a newbie room...when I type in a description as you suggest...nothing is happening...how long does it take for image to be created?
First type /imagine and then hit spacebar, and then type it in. It will give you (waiting to start) dialogue and once it begins it will give you a percentage till it's done.
I would recommend sending the MidJourney Bot a direct message instead so it doesn't get lost in one of the newbie rooms (they are often harder to follow. Or you can find a quiet room.
