    Thanks for the great tutorial video. I just installed a Windemere Widespread Bathroom faucet. Your step-by-step instructions were very helpful. As we know, the printed instructions supplied with the faucet are not the best. - For anyone else installing this type of faucet with a Push Pop-Up Drain valve, there is a separate video which describes the process.

    Great video. I installed a different model Delta but was able to do the install myself! Video easy to follow. Professionally done video. Thank you!

    This was fantastic! I'm installing mine for the first time and needed this type of details, step by step.

    THANK YOU DELTA! For making this video. I had to install one of your Lakewood collection faucets yesterday and the instructions were absolutely atrocious! A giant 3’ by 4’ double sided “diagram” of how to install it should have been my first clue to throw them away and just turn to CZcams. When the instructions begin with “Your installation may include one of the following,” I knew I was in trouble. That, and there was no parts list referring to that (1) is or what (5) is - or is supposed to be. This video was all the manual I needed.

      My problem is after installing the faucet, the handles went away from me to turn on instead of towards me. I reversed the cartridges and now they turn on in the "off" position and "off" in the on position. Maddening.

      Absolutely worst instructions ever written! Noticed all his parts are metal while all our parts are plastic.

    Thank you for this video. We installed a new faucet about a month ago and was having pressure issues. Our instructions didn’t show much about the aerator so it was still on and full of sediment.

    I just completed a Trinsic sink faucet installation, which has the drop down nozzle. The instructions were poor as others have mentioned, with confusing information in the first step. It does say obliquely that there are two kinds of installations, but doesn't clearly say that the buyer will have either set A or set B parts in the kit. And of course there is no list of parts to check against. I tried to call Customer Service, but there were actually 110 people ahead of me, so I headed to CZcams. Fortunately this video answers the main questions I encountered. I think the drop down nozzle version may actually be a bit simpler than this one, since the Trinsic version has no cable controlled pop-up, just one you push to operate. I suggest having a helper on hand for valves and handle placement, which will help avoid as many trips under the sink. I didn't for most of the job and I'm 75, so I'm sure I'll be sore in lots of unfamiliar places tomorrow!

    Such a great video. I attempted to do with full confidence with this step by step video except I could not get the old faucet out of the sink! The lines were cranked too tight for me🙂

    The screw that comes in the spout used for mounting, is that preloaded when purchasing? Or did you place that prior to making video? Mine has come loose and when I load the nut during mounting it comes loose? Any tips to fix that issue?

    My supply lines came preinstalled with the nut and a grey ferrule. Do I put the white ferrules on also?

    The paper instructions that came with my faucet are not even close

      That’s an understatement. No parts list. Nothing showing what the actual parts included are. Zero instruction on “don’t do this” or “be sure to do that.”
      I have two more of the exact same faucets to install next week. I’m going to use the instructions as a floor mat. At least it’ll serve some sort of purpose. 😁

    I was doing a dry run and putting everything together to get familiar with the parts and now I can't remove the supply lines from the spout connector adapter. How is this done? Thanks!

    • @LoreMIpsum-vs6dx
      @LoreMIpsum-vs6dx Před 5 měsíci

      I found the answer on the delta website. "All"you have to do is press down on the white ring (collet) and pull the supply line out. What they **don't** say is that you need two needle nose pliers, a construction worker's hand strength, and holding the unit with your knees while you slowly manage to pull it out. Good luck!!!!

      Did you ever get an answer on this question? I was doing a dry run and putting everything together and now can't remove the supply lines from the spout connector adapter.

    So condescending=I am not 5 yrs old. Had to watch this as impossible to figure it out with written instructions.
