      i am glad you liked it, if there is anything specefic you would like me to add to my base then please let me know :)

    Great work with this! Using it in my base now and it works great!

      Glad to hear that you are using it, and like it. i do need to work more on the handeling of NOS and X but the rest are working like a charm

    Thanks for the "heads up" -> Yes! I like your solution - That's an impressive extraction rate. If I end up using atmo units with that volume / pressure of source gas, I'll probably take your (PID style) approach as it offers good power efficiency on the volume pumps.
    - Good tip on the "Setting" attribute on the unit - I wasn't sure what to do with that.
    Dunno about pollutants and N2O at 15MPa, though - how did that go?
    -
    Meanwhile, I'd figured out something _similar_ for the "legacy atmo setup" in my base that works well and efficiently enough, but keeps the atmo units daisy-chained. Units are idle and their exhaust pump is off when there is no gas at their inlet. When gas appears at the inlet, unit goes to Active and switches its exhaust pump on (which activates the next unit). All units get switched off by the controller if all units are idle in a given poll-cycle. (it also monitors if there is sufficient gas in the feed line)
    On my base, I've not the room to fit pumps b/w atmo units and tanks from my original setup - but, until I set up auto-miners, I'm working with much smaller volumes of "source" gas - so "it will do" for now!
    For gas extraction "at scale", I am going to have a go at cryogenic separation in the near future (chill and pressurise - then decant off the liquid gases at each critical temperature step) ... no filters to change, no dead filters to halt the process when you're not looking!

      Well i am sure that the cryogenic way of separation is also a good way to go down, i might try that on a furture base.
      but for now i am satisfied with the rate and the state of my filtration system

    i have this all setup with the code in at the default settings but for some reason everything is on at 0kpa in pipe and nothing seem to come out of the filtration system and also when i had two filter the where 0% in a machine light went red but stay red when i put new ones in am also not sure how your getting the N20(nos) to stay in a gas form mine seems to go liquid real fast also post this on the reddit for the video

      Hi and sorry for the delay, so yes there was a bug. which seems to have happened as i was making it better for Steam, i have made some changes to it now. and been testing it. a update for the control of the filters and when to turn on.
      have a look at let me hear what you think,

    How do you collect pollutants and n2o? At my setup, bith are liquid and i drop them to a liquid tank. From there i dont know how to separate them

      @osarus_TV  Před 8 měsíci

      Right now, i haven't solved that issue, and i sort of moved away from my gas room.
      when i return to finsh it all off i will look at this issue again

    i wonder why you use ratio.... of gaz with the pipe analyser to trigger activation of each filtration unit. instead you could use totalmoles.

    • @osarus_TV
      @osarus_TV  Před 10 měsíci

      @jojoskunk - I use ratio as i wanna know how much of a specefic gas there is located in the main line, ofcuase if i could a total total moles of Oxygen then i would have used that instead, i don't want each to be active if there is just enough of any type of gas

    Your code is not that right, because the filtration WILL work, if one filter is at 0%. so the and is not that great, because the filter stops if ONE is at 0% ;)

    For too low sound compared to almost all other videos on CZcams. That made me not bother with watching this beyond 1:43. Hopefully this is useful information for you.

    It's 'optimised' in proper European English. Your spelling is American.
